We are enjoying the experience of the Yali radiators through our house. We love the App that allows us to easily turn them on or off from afar and regulate the individual room temperatures when not at home. They are responsive and create a wonderful warmth. So glad we chose them.

Very happy with the quality and performance of the heater and its looks. Initially I had some difficulty programming the heater from the fixed controls on the unit. May be 'Operator Error' on my part. I reached out to Thermosoft and they were very helpful and suggested I get the Unisenza Plus and operate thru the App. This is the best way to go if you want to set up multiple operating times. So easy. I should have went down that path earlier.If you want to simply run the unit manually - turn on set temp and turn off, then not an issue. However these heaters have the 'smarts' and when paired to the Unisenza Plus open up an easy way to take advantage of all the features.Thermosoft get a big tick from me for their support and customer service. I expected the Yali radiators to warm up slowly, having had hydronic heating in the past, but did not expect it to be quite as slow as it is. On the coldest mornings, the temperature goes up only a couple of degrees in the first hour of operation. I remember my hydronic heating warming up more quickly than that.
Unfortunately I have found the unit unsatisfacory as it doesnt reach reach my preset level of comfort for my living area. Having it on all the time means that it is using way too much electricty and our energy bill has gone through the roof. Whilst , I was advised by Thermosoft that I need 2 units for my living area I decided to trial one unit only to see how it performed. Now I am not convinced that a second unit will make much difference and have to resign myself to hardly using it or sparingly at best. Its probably a great heater for smaller spaces where zones can be isolated. Or possibly with multiple units in larger spaces but having multiple units is expensive upfront plus running costs and also high envoironmental impact. I have been very happy with the radiators, they provide quiet heating without air being blown all over the place. My larger ones give the room warmth and sometimes it's hard to even feel the panels heat up. I did the estimation myself and chose one radiator that is a bit on the small side and it has to work harder. So ask for advice rather than just order without checking.
We installed our first heater thinking we will probably need a second one for our space but we will see how it goes and take care of the cold spot. I’m so happy with it, the heat that is generated is so comfortable compared to the reverse cycle/heat pump. We can really feel the difference and most nights haven’t turned the heat pump on. I’ll likely add to the next stage next year so we can eliminate the heat pump as I don’t like blowing hot air.We are located in Launceston Tasmania.
I love the look of these panels in our new home and yet to experience the warmth because it has turned to summer type weather.Looking forward to the ease of use.Thank you to Anne for answering on going queries before installation and to David for his patience and his knowledge.
They heat my home really well and look great. I am very happy with this form of heating. It is so much better than having warm air blowing and creating dust as well as sore eyes. Being able to overate them from an app is so convenient too. Definitely recommend them.
We purchased the Yali heaters when we renovated our house, and we were keen to disconnect our gas cental heating. The ability to use existing power points as well as the Wi-Fi gateway to control temperature in each room has been great. Also happy to move away from the dry heat of the gas heater.
