The D-CONTOUR technology constantly monitors the output of multiple frequency bands. Then it applies the ideal EQ adjustments for band. There are two D-CONTOUR modes: FOH/MAIN and MONITOR. These settings give you more detailed tuning of your sound, depending on your systems setup. DSP protection built into the Yamaha DZR15 extends the life of its components. It also maximizes output. Yamahas DSP monitors the status of the power supply, power amplifiers, transducers and signal levels. This allows the DSP to protect each component of the DZR15 and maximize performance.
