This rack is best for small households who also has a dishwasher to do bulk of the work. Good looking. Please note, I don't know why but I thought the wood handles were coated for water protection. They are not. I hung a damp dish rag on one of the handles to dry after thoroughly wringing it out. The wood became damaged.

I had this dish rack on my wish list for quite a while due to it's price. But I decided to go for it because the last dish rack I bought broke and rusted within a month of light use. So I had enough of constantly buying new dish racks. In the long run I wasn't saving any money. Plus no other dish rack looked as good as this one. When I look at it it makes me think of my childhood on a farm, simpler times...Anyhow, I am super pleased with the look and quality of this dish rack. The body is made of steel and it's sturdy, draining tray and utensil tray are made of plastic. But not the flimsy kind of plastic that bends, the good kind that is sturdy. Wood handles are what makes this dish rack for me. Dishes line and drain nicely and don't move around. It's not the type of dish rack that drains in the sink but I didn't want that, I am just mentioning this for people that wonder about that. Easy to clean and it compliments my counters. I hope this dish rack lasts for many years because I love it. I bought the one in white color.

Great looking dish rack. This is exactly what my white kitchen needed. Very compact but hold a lot. Some viewers have commented on the drainer tray not having some place for excess water to drain off. I simply place an absorbent dish towel in the tray for excess water and change or dry as needed.Beautiful!!!

I hesitated to spend the money in this, thinking it was too small and I only needed a place for washed dishes until my new dishwasher arrived. But I love it! The styling is sophisticated and it looks at home in my new kitchen. The racks hold enough plates and bowls or glasses for a full meal, and the utensil holder moves to any side as needed. My sink is always available instead of sitting filled with dirty dishes. What a pleasure!

...but I love this one. Finally, a dish rack that is designed to actually hold dishes, glasses, and all the small and large items one needs to wash. Its tall sides and wire cage keep everything inside, so nothing falls out. I don't know why such a common-sense design is not more common. This rack holds a LOT of dishes, pots, pans, and cutting boards. I had it piled high yesterday and nothing tumbled out.And it looks beautiful too. Yes, you have to manually drain the pan, but that's simple. Given all the pros of this dish rack, that's a small con.

I have been lusting over this dishrack for over a year now because of its minimal aesthetic, and it looks so much nicer than my previous one by Simple Human in stainless steel. However, it’s much smaller, does not have a drain spout at the bottom (which is frustrating when you live with hard water), and it also does not have a knife holder. I tried replacing the drip pan with the one I had with a spout to no avail, but I did manage to fit the knife holder from my previous rack on it. Since it does take up less room it’s beautiful aesthetic-wise, but if you’re also looking for function or don’t have a dishwasher as a back-up, or have a larger family, this probably won’t be the most functional dishrack. If you just need it for some of the more delicate ... MoreI have been lusting over this dishrack for over a year now because of its minimal aesthetic, and it looks so much nicer than my previous one by Simple Human in stainless steel. If you just need it for some of the more delicate dishes/cups/cookware since you have a dishwasher or live in a 1-2 person household it might be work out. But keep in mind that if you live in an are with hard water, you’ll have a little extra task of wiping down the drip pan every few days.

Amazing design. Great for smaller spaces.

This is a great dish rack to if you live in a smaller space. My fiance and i were aiming for more of a minimalistic approach to our space while also keeping the aesthetics of our home gender neutral. This looks sleek, but not chique in a pretentious way.Lines:We haven't had a chance to do a mass amount of dishes yet but so far everything seems to stay in place with enough room for most of what we use.Materials:The metal used seems to be sturdy enough. One of my favorite aspects of this rack is the wooden handles on the side. We keep a small kitchen towel there where to use and it also looks a little fancy.Quality:Very happy with the sturdiness of the entire rack. Highest quality dish rack I have ever seen!

I bought this more than a few months ago and I love it! I was worried I would have buyer's remorse because of the price and regret getting a tray without drainage, however that is not the case. If anything, not having a drain spout helps me stay on top of cleaning it which really only takes 30 seconds every 2-3 days. So far I have zero mildew/mold building up around the bottom of the dish rack, there are no cracks (like you eventually see in the rubber/plastic cheap racks), and the wood handles are holding up well. The utensil holder cleans up very nicely in the dishwasher every couple of months in order to clean out a small amount of orange mold/mildew that forms at the very bottom around the dividers and drainage holes. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with this ... MoreI bought this more than a few months ago and I love it! I hate this dishrack. It didn't have to be this way. Just a few tweaks would make it a perfect kitchen workhorse. The tray below must be washed daily, because it doesn't drain into the sink, and the water that collects becomes slimy and fetid. (fine, I knew that going in.) The tray doesn't have any feet to elevate it out the counter, so unless you get it COMPLETELY dry underneath after every washing, it's not good for countertops - plus any nearby moisture leaches underneath. I fixed this by putting silicone bumpers under the tray, no big deal. The wires of the rack are fairly far apart, so anything small or thin can (and will) slip down into the fetid water below - in particular, sippy-cup tops and container lids. The front and rear sides of the rack have approximately 3" gaps down the length of the rack, which practically anything can slip through. We occasionally hang a pair of dish gloves over the attractive wooden handles ... which are no longer attractive. After hanging gloves there a handful of times, the finish has come the wood.Lastly, but most annoyingly, the tiny little utensil rack is nowhere near sufficient, and you can't buy an extra one from the store or the manufacturer. As for positives: I banged on this dish rack tonight, enraged because things kept slipping through to the bottom and barely a quarter of our utensils from dinner would fit in the holder (and: the price!!) - and it didn't bend or break. So at least it's sturdy? I sort of wish it had broken.

I have been using the dish rack for the last two months, after my kitchen was renovated. It matches the new white quartz counter top, and is completely safe for the surface. It looks beautiful and makes an amazing difference from my old metal one. It is also sturdy, which is a must for me.
