We own an old 1920’s house with hardwood floors and often have trouble with cockroaches appearing during the summer months.Previously I have tried surface sprays with no real success.I bought two tubes of Yates gel baits and applied them under the fridge, dishwasher and in bathroom cupboards. It absolutely worked. Initially saw some distressed roaches in the first couple of weeks but I haven’t seen any for two months now.Great product.

This is the best bait I have every used. Placed the gel around the unit and the next 2 days dead cockroaches. Yeah couldn't be any happier. This is similar to the gel I paid a professional to deal with my pests. Does exactly the same for a fraction of the price.

Cockroaches gone in 5 days.We had lots of cockroaches living in our bird cage which has scared our bird at night. As a result he doesn’t like to go to his cage at night.Well we put this product and also killed 150 plus cockroaches by our band (yes i counted roughly because I love my birdie and I care for him so much).But after getting sick of killing then manually we applied thus Gel in secret spots where my bird can’t eat it by mistake.Saw dead cockroach babies next 2 days and then also saw breeding pair (Large male and female) dead after few days.No more production of cockroaches and a complete happy ending.

I had a big problem five days ago when I woke in the middle of the night and I had a massive dance party going on in my kitchen. They scattered when the light went on. I was freaking out massively. I then pulled the fridge out and they were thousands of them in all different sizes. So I called a pest control but they were fully booked until March because I live in the country. I checked again tonight there was less guests to the dance party when I switched the light on in the kitchen. I applied more gel to the notables places I saw the creeps hide. So I am hoping by the end of the week the party will be over in the kitchen. After this I will place baits out and buy a perimeter spray. The quote I got from the pest company was $358. The gel was 12.98 and baits will be 15 bucks too. A perimeter spray for the house inside and out is 50 dollars. So I’m hoping this will get me out of this party that I was not invited to. Not sure it’s my kind of party…. Roaches are disgusting 🤢
The bait worked perfectly. I used the gel close to where I think the nest was, and the bait worked perfectly. The roaches died out in a couple of weeks.Please be sure to follow the instructions, this product works perfectly.
I bought this yesterday based on the below reviews. I dispensed the gel around my kitchen last night before bed and instantly saw the German cockroaches flocking to it. This morning there are at least 20 dead roaches on my kitchen floor - gross, but so glad this stuff works.

A pest control professional told me they use a gel spray to spray infested area so I thought I would give a gel product a crack before I call the professionals.I just purchased the product with the highest reviews and bought 3 bottles and evenly distributed 5mm dots about 30cm apart in my kitchen (the main area of concern), bathroom and bedroom last night and woke up to dozens, if not, about 100+ medium and tiny dead cockroaches on the floor and still counting. Everytime I sweep the floors from the dead ones, I came back an hour later and there are many many more to sweep! I bought another 4 bottles today to treat all of the edges and frames of the house internally to be able to fully eradicate them from the house. It may take a few weeks or month to fully get rid of, but the bail is already working wonders.
This stuff is surprisingly effective. I bought this from my local Bunnings and put a few dabs of this around the kitchen area. Within 24 hours I had noticed 1 cockroach completely dead and 2 others that were severely disorientated and twitching (probably on the verge of death). Amazing stuff. I only gave it 4 stars because it's not cheap but does seem to have the cockroaches attracted to it. Better than using those small bait traps this product has an attractant formula and cockroaches will actively seek it out, eat it and then die. If other cockroaches eat the dead cockroaches they will also die due to the Indoxacarb.
This was much more effective than using spray insecticide. You only need to place small dots of the gel around the place, so the syringe lasts a long time. Eventually the gel gets old and needs to be replaced with new dots, but like I said one syringe lasts a long time.Prior to using this gel I had called out a professional exterminator. The exterminator only spent around 2 mins in my place putting down dots of gel.This gel is just as effective and more economical than an exterminator. Highly recommend.

Sprays and bombs worked temporarily but stunk the place out for 48 hours but these products couldn't and didn't get all of them. The Gel is great, just place it inside your cupboards, under or around the bottom of your fridge and into the cupboard corners on the floor. The first night I did this, woke up to nothing, but when I got home from work I counted over 60 dead or dying Roaches on the kitchen floor and more in inside the cupboards. I've since used a second tube also and only the odd Roach is now being seen and those are usually in the process of dying.
