I have used Yealink Phones previously so I knew when I was ordering this it would be of a high quality. The service from PMC was outstanding can not fault them. Would recommend the T41S for anyone looking to order a Yealink Phone.

Great phone if you invest a little time to make it work. The phone comes with Verizon firmware. If you wont use it with Verizon then you have to follow these instructions to load stock firmware. It takes about 5 minutes to do it. No need for tftp server. Search for setting-a-verizon-onetalk-phone-back-to-yealink-firmware/

The provisioning process for this phone with 3CX system could not be easier. It was almost like plug and play. The menu structure of the phone is a little awkward but it works. The voice quality with CallCentric as SIP provider is excellent.
Product was listed as "New". Impossible as previous number and programming is actually still working. Price was good but product should be listed as "Used". I have to reset to factory settings but if I did not I would be able to use someone else's number as it is very live.
This phone comes with special firmware that only works on Verizon. To use this with 3CX, for instance, you will need to flash it with stock firmware. This is not a simple process, but it is possible by putting the phone into recovery mode. The phone supports restores from a TFTP server, which is a pretty antiquated process. I would suggest that you pay a bit more and get a phone that already has stock firmware installed, to save you the hassle of setting up a TFTP server and reading up on this process.
Product is easy to install and to use when programmed correctly. Great phone lines for a small business.
SIP VOIP and very easy to programme
Works perfectly. The Yealink phones are some of the most reliable VOIP devices we've used.
Even after receiving a used unit that still had the previous owner's data and passwords, I was able to reset to factory settings, configure and be up and running in less than 30 minutes. Call quality is amazing and the screen is nice and easy to read. Very configurable. A great choice!!
