It took a little time for my cats to get used to it but they happily drink and I know the water is clean

Great aesthetic and quiet.The whole thing is ceramic, which is great as it doesn't harbour bacteria or leach chemicals.Only negative is that it doesn't come in a higher capacity - I have two cats and topping it up every second day.

Firstly, the product looks great. The ceramic finish is much classier than any plastic model. It is low profile so doesn't distract from the décor. Secondly, the pump is so quiet I cant even hear it which is fantastic. Ive had other fountains that scared my cat away due to noise and once again, makes me happy too. Mostly importantly, my cat instantly took to drinking from the fountain. She loves it and now ignores her old drinking bowl.I highly recommend this product

I am very happy with my ceramic pet water fountain.

My cat wasnt interested in it but it worked well, was easy to clean and quiet (it made annoying loud sounds when water level dropped though)

Really good unit. I use it for my frogs but would be great for cats or a small dog

It does not work.I have put in a claim twice. I have uploaded proof videos twice. No one will get back to me.I will be putting in a third claim tomorrow. Can someone please get back to me so I can return it.

My cat will never tip her water bowl again

I'm so glad I brought this water bowl every other cat water bowl I've brought my cat would always tip it and water would go everywhere and I couldn't do anything I tried everything but then I brought this and it's literally so heavily that she can't tip it so I'm very happy with this
