I ordered blue but they were out of stock of blue, they sent msg and explained and told me what they did have. Good service and my dog is very happy in it travelling. Good product, easy to set up. Very happy 😃

Not medium size. It is a small. Delivery time was too slow and then they left a very heavy box in the pouring rain when there is a carport right next to the house.
Good but my dogs nails get caught in the mesh
