Ordered a custom version of this at a discount. The order went through, and then I got an email saying that they no longer had the product I ordered. So I ordered this one.Had it for less than a month. Chug cap leaked. Destroyed my Scottish Leather bag and work papers. When I called Yeti to tell them it was leaking, they wanted me to send proof, upload pictures, and treated me like I was lying. I told them to just sent me a postage-paid box, I'd send them back the defective product, and they could send me what I paid for = a product that doesn't leak. All in all, it was a terrible product and an even worse customer experience. I think that I'm supposed to get a replacement chug cap sometime soon. We'll see. I don't even know that I want this product anymore. The ...Ā MoreOrdered a custom version of this at a discount. I used to love Yeti products. They used to be extremely high quality. Now I'm not even sure that I feel welcome as a paying customer. In the past year alone, I've ordered 5 Yetis from their website. Don't think I'll be ordering any more.

There are incredibly sensitive to being dented if they're in your backpack and you accidentally put your daypack with a yeti bottle inside the pack down hard and it hits one of the seat rails in the backseat floor of your car on the footwell.Additionally, I think you guys need to make the gaskets for all of your bottles available on blister cards for people to purchase. You really sell yourself short by not having these available for purchase,. If someone needs to travel out of the country and their gasket on their bottle breaks and they can't get to a place that stocks another lid they can't even buy a chug cap if they're up in the Himalayas or if they're skiing in Switzerland or trekking in Peru. You guys claim to be aware of carbon footprints, and not putting more plastic in the environment. Well, stop forcing people to buy another full chug cap when you could just sell the gaskets. You could make it like a tiny keychain tool that has a clear plastic thing that says YETI on it, and just enough of an edge kind of like a bicycle tire iron that would both advertise product and give the user a sense of pride. Otherwise, she ended up with people using the wrong type of knife to dislodge the things. And I can tell you that the upper one of Chug Cap is tough to get off.

I have the original stainless steel 64 oz Rambler with the handle lid that does not have the drink spout. It holds ice forever, and I wanted another one but the stainless steel is not offered anymore. I ordered 2 of the colored ones with the new lid with drink spout (that seems to be the only option.)As far as holding ice, it is the same quality so I am happy with that. The only reason I canāt give it 5 stars is the lid is so thin where you wrap your hands around after you remove the top handle that it is almost impossible to remove! Especially with keeping ice in it, I am not sure if the temperature change makes it seal stronger, but I usually have to ask for help to remove or use a silicon sheet to get enough grip to open. I love this bottle, it is convenient when I have a long stretch at work or having to spend extra time outdoors in this summer heat. I can fill it with ice and the contents remains cold throughout the day, even once the ice melts.I chose the cosmic color. The lavender shade is lovely. I get compliments often as lavender is a popular color with my colleagues it stands out and I do not have to fuss about which bottle is mine if others are carrying a similar size. It does not fit into standard sized cup holders or side pockets on a backpack, so I would not recommend carrying it in hand for long walks/hikes, it can create hand fatigue. I have a 16oz Rambler that I carry in my side pocket when traveling and walking nature trails if it is a day spent outside. It also holds up to being leak proof and true to the extent of time with hot and cold beverages. I carry hot tea in it every morning and it stays hot through the morning before switching to ice water. It holds ice for a long time before it initially starts to melt, so water stays cold. The wide mouth Rambler lid holds true to durability and having a great seal when cap is on. It can withstand up to being knocked over by my students if they bump into it or want to hold it but accidentally drop it on the carpet makes it a nifty mess free water bottle that will not come apart if it slips from little hands. It is a great bottle overall to have and true to the allotted time to keep drinks hot or cold without altering flavor of beverages such as tea and coffee.
The lid of this bottle deteriorated after less than two years so it no longer seals fully and leaks which seems to be a common problem from the reviews. I reached out to the Yeti warranty program as they provide a five year warranty for the bottle. It has been over a month since I first reached out to them and I still have not received a new lid or a new bottle as Yeti promised. Yeti originally confirmed that I would receive a new lid but it never shipped. So I called Yeti a couple of times over a two week period. Every time Yeti told me that the lid was out of stock and they had no idea when the lid would be in stock. After my calls, Yeti then offered to provide me with an exchange that required me to ship my bottle back to them and Yeti would then ship me a new ...Ā MoreThe lid of this bottle deteriorated after less than two years so it no longer seals fully and leaks which seems to be a common problem from the reviews. After my calls, Yeti then offered to provide me with an exchange that required me to ship my bottle back to them and Yeti would then ship me a new bottle as soon as they received my old bottle. Yeti received my bottle and have not shipped me a new bottle. I called Yeti again and now they claim I could receive the new bottle in 2 to 3 weeks despite originally telling me that the item would be shipped as soon as they received my old bottle. Again, no one could confirm when this new bottle would ship. So now I am out of the money I paid for this product and I no longer have the product as I shipped it back to Yeti as they promised an exchange. I am now stuck hoping Yeti honours their exchange and provides me with the new water bottle as promised. This has been the most frustrating experience.I was also told that I would be unable to leave a review as I did not receive a special link when I bought the bottle from their website. Despite their website stating "To write a product review, head on over to the product page and scroll down until you see "Write a Review.", there is no option to leave a review on the website and I was told that I could not leave a review without receiving this special link. I did not receive the email providing this link after I bought the bottle and I was only provided with a link to leave a review after speaking with their escalation team. So from my understanding, you cannot leave a review unless you buy the water bottle through the website and even then you need to make sure Yeti sends you an email with this special link. Overall, I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with customer service and the warranty program that has still not resolved, and I would not buy a Yeti product again.
I wanted a half galIon jug for daily use. I tried a brand that rhymes with āarcticā. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed with the quality even though it was significantly cheaper. Then found out about yeti giving veterans 30 percent off! Honestly itās what I wanted, I just couldnāt justify the price in my head. But that is the best discount that Iāve received as a veteran!!! So I ordered the 64oz rambler bottle in KCO⦠and I love it so much!!! It goes everywhere with me. You can tell that the engineers designed this with REAL PEOPLE in mind! I have consumed between 1 to 1.5 gallons of water per day in this and the last sip is as cold as the first. Thank you YETI! Oh, and with the price of bottled water, this thing pays for itself in no time filling up with filtered water from the fridge at home. I have never been less than impressed with a YETI.
Well I use my 36 oz every day I like the idea of the design. works great for awhile only problem I have with these is that the top part threads on inside of cap strips out after awhile and leaks. The 2 I just bought as replacements is because of the caps stripping out. Hoping in the future you can come up with a better design on that issue. And / or offer an xtra seal for inside cap and seal for bottom part that screws into the rambler itself being they wear out as well. Being if you are an active user of your product on a regular basis like I am itāll save on having to buy a whole new cap assembly just to get the o-rings to replace the wire out ones or for some actually losing the o-ring seal thatās on the inside of top cap. I couldn't have had a worse first time purchase experience with Yeti. I have received Yeti products in the past as gifts and enjoyed using those products so I decided to make a first time purchase, however the experience was just terrible. I purchased this product along with the 30 oz travel mug. There were faults with both. On this product, the mouth piece was faulty and did not seal properly. When reaching out to customer support, they repeatedly misinterpreted my emails and were completely unhelpful despite me sending videos to show what the issue was. Next, I called in and they sent me to a warranty link which did not work. After trying multiple times, they had me provide the information in an email to them. I reached out to Yeti and customer support and multiple times they sent the wrong item, which I had to correct them each time. They finally sent out a magnet replacement, and when received, it was the wrong one. They ultimately sent out a full mug replacement, which I appreciate, but it took me jumping through so many hoops to get there. At this moment, I'm still waiting to receive a replacement for my 36oz water bottle. Terrible terrible experience with Yeti.
The Glock G26 Gen 5 is my choice in attempts to conceal carry. The first time I brought the pistol to the range two days after I bought it, however, I experienced several stove pipes and failures to load/eject. After some online search, I found that the cause is most likely the new and stiff recoil spring. The fact that I was shooting 115g ammo probably did not help either. Then I remembered that when I first got my G19 years ago, that pistol went through my āslide-racked in-storageā process for weeks. It now shoots every kind of ammo smoothly. My new G26 is undergoing the same process now, and hopefully itāll emerge as capable as its big brother.BTW, I did notice something interesting: Unlike pistols from other manufacturers, Glock pistols are of the same of ...Ā MoreThe Glock G26 Gen 5 is my choice in attempts to conceal carry. Just a few days ago I was looking at another pistol on sale from a different brand on the Academy website, and I found that one magazine for that pistol would cost almost $50! The fact that a Glock pistol comes with three factory magazines (instead of the typical two from other manufacturers) and that there are many alternative magazines available makes me appreciate the value of Glock pistols more.
The chug cap was apparently designed only for carrying upright, and the numerous reviews must have only tested it that way. Because if you drive anywhere and lay it down, you need to tighten the cap quite a bit to not leak. On the second use, I couldn't unscrew the narrow-spout base... Even channel locks couldn't provide enough grip and leverage to bust it loose, and my vice doesn't open quite wide enough. I eventually got it off with my biggest pipe wrench, which of course marred the rubber a fair bit. The chug cap itself unscrews easily by its handle, but the base needs a heavily serrated perimeter (like a classic Nalgene bottle) or hex/octagon shape to have something to grip onto. The base gets tightened by tightening the cap, so it's all-or-nothing. The base gets tightened by tightening the cap, so it's all-or-nothing. It's a very shortsighted design for such a premium priced product. Functionally, the 36 oz Yeti doesn't insulate nearly as well as my smaller Hydroflask, but it's much better than a non-insulated Nalgene. Trying to contact Yeti about the issue is equally frustrating, as all their contact options lead to dead ends and even the Chat With Us link doesn't go anywhere or open anything. They utilize the contact page as a shameful means of selling more product.
