Kept ice for 3 days in our camper!On our first camping trip with the new Yeti I chilled the cooler down inside the night before then I put it inside the camper with 2- 2LB Yeti Ice on the bottom. I loaded it with 24 bottled beers laying them down. I used 20 LBs of ice on top of the beer. On the third day most of the ice had melted but the beer that was left was still cold. I drained the water and still had some ice left! Amazing.With my old cooler I bought ice every day.The next outing was to go out on a boat and is how we will use the cooler most of the time on a weekly basis.We belong to a boat club so we have to haul our stuff from the marina parking lot to the dock. My wife is a nurse and using the the big 30-42 oz Yeti cups with the straws seems to be a big thing with nurses so we have several and as a treat I am always on the look out for the new colors and buying the cups for her so we have several . We saw this cooler in store and my wife commented on how some one at her work had a Yeti cooler and it worked great and she would love to have it but we could not afford it .So being a firm believer of buy once,cry once I decided to order it from official YETI site. We received the cooler to my wifes excitement fast . So thats why it gets a one star, more for YETI than the actual cooler because I still dont have the cooler.

We had the wheeled 48 and wanted another a bit smaller for day trips, BYOB parties, and baseball games. This is just as good as 48. Has a drain plug, nice wheels and retractable handle . These are so much better than the side wheeled coolers. We stack chairs on it with a bungee and caryy everything to the ball field. Once there the cooler doubles as a end table to hold drinks and a fan or a foot rest. Drinks stay cold all weekend. The top tray we use for snacks. Comes with a code to order a locking device for free, keep kids out of the adult drinks. The wheels never gave us any issues, on gravel, grass, mud or pavement. There are little silicone legs on the bottom to stop the cooler from getting scratched. Left hot Florida in hopes of keeping our dogs 2 + week supply of Ollie dog food frozen. Our yeti sat in the back of our suv two 10 hour days and we hauled it into the hotel for 1 overnight. Upon arrival our ice was barely melted (1/8 cup)and dog food frozen solid!! Pleased!!!! We had two 2pound yeti ice on bottom and a combo of flat thin homemade block ice from Chinese take out containers as well as regular cubed. Also made sure to pre chill cooler. Cooler was packed full/ tight and it was very very heavy (it’s pretty heavy empty) the wheels are priceless for a full 32 and the cooler rolls very smoothly. Handle is substantial and it felt solid. I feel we could have travelled many more days without worrying about thaw of the dog food.

I purchased the Roadie 32 Wheeled Cooler with the accessories of the Wheeled Cooler Divider, two Yeti Ice Packs and the Wheeled Cooler Cup Caddy as a Father's Day present. We have the Tundra Haul Wheeled Cooler, which has been amazing, however, I was looking for something smaller for day trips and would be easier carrying onto a fishing boat. A dry goods basket comes with the cooler and is perfect for keeping sandwiches dry. As with all Yeti products it keeps food and beverages perfectly cold. The Wheeled Cooler Cup Caddy is perfect for placing drinks. I love the features of the periscope handle, wheels and enough storage capacity for bottles of wine and beer. Yeti products will never disappoint, especially this cooler. Perfect!

I use a 12 VDC compressor driven refrigerator to keep my food fresh for a typical 9 day cycle but I have struggled to find a solution that enables cold beverages to be served over the full 9 days. That is, until I purchased this Roadie 60. My system; I have a food cooler that is electrically chilled, a normal sized Yeti that keeps my beverages cool, and the Roadie 60 that I reserve as my ice chest. So, when I recently needed to upgrade my Yeti 65, based on our needs e.g., how we use the cooler, to an easier product to load/manage and go, it was easy to pick the Roadie 48 wheeled cooler. It’s another GOOD product by Yeti and the design is outstanding. I do wish it was an inch shorter just because the hard retractable tonneau cover over my truck bed (F-150) makes ever so slight contact when closing the cover but that’s easily overcome by simply laying the 48 on it’s back during transport or placing in a location other than the truck bed. I purchased this from REI. I've now taken it on its first road trip and let me tell you this lousy thing is junk. outside of its temperature retention which is slightly better than an old basic cooler you really just can't fit anything in it. once you put ice in it well maybe a 12 pack and a little bit of food but definitely not 2 days worth of supplies. and it's obtrusively heavy .it's heavy on its own empty but once you pack it full of stuff you need for the weekend don't bother trying to get it in and out of your vehicle or in the back of your truck by yourself and if you're traveling by yourself good luck especially if you have to navigate stairs. it's massive size takes up so much room in your vehicle . but what triggered this review is every ,and I mean every ... MoreI purchased this from REI.
