This is an UNSTRUNG racket, web discription is incorrect.
When I received my new yonex raquet I discovered that the tennis case was missing so I called up morningside (because that’s where the package was sent from). They assured me that someone would get back to me after taking my phone number. No one got back to me so I called Shaw park a few days later. Shaw park dealt with the issue promptly and sent a case to me by post.
We ordered the strung version of this racquet, it arrived unstrung. I returned it, corresponded with someone online who helped me reorder, and it arrived unstrung again. Gave up and we're taking it someone to be strung.
