A big problem with these cement filled kettlebells (KB) is the size of the handle increases proportionally with the weight. I have an 8 kg KB that I like but I got the 14 kg cement KB and found that the handle was so wide 350 mm that I could not swing the KB between my legs without it hitting my legs/ groin. All the iron KB's in my gym have a standard size handle as the bell size increases. My mistake was assuming the same would be true for the cement KB's. Buyer beware. The only way to do the (cement) KB swing between your legs is to have your feet way wider than your shoulders which wreaks the form and strains your groin muscles.

Excellent KB, great price compared to others and although these can be a bit bigger the 8kg is pretty good and manoeuver able.

It's been a while since I worked out and I want to start training again. For anyone who needs to start gradually toning and strengthening their muscles from scratch... Or if you don't want to overdo it, this is perfect.... I use it to tone my legs and thighs too. I just slip my foot into the handle so the toes are poking out ...not all the way over the foot, then I just do leg lifts until it hurts ...haha... Perfect and I feel more toned already.

I’ve had 8, 12 and 16 kg York kettlebells for over a year but got to a point where needed a heavier one. This 20 kg one was not available locally but Rebel sports delivered it to my door for a very modest fee. These kettlebells are great for backyard workouts. The bigger ones have nice wide grips for both hands to fit comfortably. The heavy ones do get a bit slippery as hands sweat so either use gloves or tape the handle.
I bought the kettlebell recently and it is perfect for me. I didn't want anything too heavy so this is great. I use it every day aswell as doing aerobics twice a week using weights at the class. Pleased with my purchase. Delivery was excellent too. Only waited a couple of days.
The kettlebell is comfortable to swing and the overall shape is pretty good. With it being vinyl, it’s a little slippy so when holding the bell, as you start feeling the strain on certain exercises, it can be difficult to maintain your grip. Does the job though, for the price paid.
Good kettlebelll, the weight is fine but the actual size/shape is bigger than a professional one so not as practical for some exercises. It was delivered within a few day’s! Excellent service from sweatband!
comes w/ chart of exercises ( very useful/helpful) . I use it now more than ever to work on the majority of muscle groups. recommended.
