Sent the wrong product which was human error and we all make mistakes but trying to send it back and get new ones sent out was a nightmare took nearly a month. They wouldn’t resend until the others had been returned when it was courier pick up anyway. Ie wouldn’t do a straight forward exchange. If you get the right product and it’s working they are great but any issues and fitness superstore customer service isDreadful !!!

Ordered two of these and delivered by puffing delivery driver carrying both items in a compact, but heavy package up the short gradient to my home. in super quick time. Very impressed by the Sweatband crew who ensured quick response and despatch of order during these difficult times. The weights themselves look and feel great and perfect for my requirements.
