It feels and looks like a high quality product.The thing I didn't like about this product is the lack of details on the package. If you look in the Q&A you will notice that many are confused about the type and origin of this collagen. To me it seems it's bovine collagen of type I & III, but it would be nice if they stated that explicitly on the product page and on the package.I also wish this was a bit less expensive.In summary, I'm pretty happy with this product and I recommend it. 👍

I purchased this because I already take biotin but I think I've seen my peek with it. I wanted to add something to help my hair growth as I'm in my 37 and have thin, weak hair. After taking this a month, I have new growth that I can see on top of my head because it stands straight up and my hair is fuller and growing longer faster...well, it may not be growing faster, it may just be the collagen is making it stronger so it's not breaking off so easily so it's able to grow longer than before? I personally didn't have high hopes for this product but was actually surprised after finishing the bottle. Just a brief background, I dealt with over excessive hair shedding for the past 2-3 years. My doctor mentioned it could be due to stress and I never really had assistance on helping lessen the hair shedding. Therefore, when I got the chance to try Youtheory Collagen I was all for it. As directed, I took 6 tablets every day -- which to be honest, that's way too many pills to be taking. I will say that between Youtheory Collagen and Vital Protein Collagen, I notice that I have way less hair shedding with Youtheory than with Vital Protein. I was a little unhappy about the 6 pills a day thing, but I already take vitamins and supplements twice a day, so it wasn’t terrible to add into my routine. I’m not bothered by the taste (I take NAC and Blood Builder, so I KNOW what bad pills taste like) and I prefer pills to a powder, hands down.
