This was my first experience with a hardware security key. It was pretty easy to setup and get working. A nice bonus that the lightning plugs makes it easy to authenticate on an iPhone as well. No problems so far. It's a very compact key.

EXCELLENT FOR ITS PURPOSE.
Sadly this is no longer useful to use with a Mac. Apple has locked it out. It still works on iOS, so iPhones are OK but I dont want to have to use more than one security system. I will give it to a nephew who uses Windows.
Simply, the best 2 factor device available to secure your data. Integrates well with my Windows, IOS & Android devices. Convenient to use and carry.

Saved my ass in Costa Rica when they stole my phone - I managed to get to my mail and get my tickets home from another device.I use it with gmail, github and probably some other services I forgot.
I highly encourage you to protect yourself with one of these super easy to set up yubikeys. Pair with your goggle Authenticator
The key requires an accessory if it is to be use with a USB port on a PC. I believe this piece should have been included in the price. I have not had the opportunity to use this device; due to waiting for the needed connecting part...I will share an update once it arrives.
I thought I had ordered a USB / lightning duo to use with my I pad and laptop, but discovered that the “C” end needs an adapter; unfortunately it’s not supported by Yubikey
