I really wanted to try and make perfect sushi rice as it just tastes amazing if you cook it right. I followed the instructions and there were no problems making perfect sushi rice. Make sure you don't put too much water, wash and rest the rice after cooking, add some sushi seasoning, and you can't go wrong!

I had a first attempt to make sushi the other day and it was a winner. I cooked rice bit different than the instruction suggests but overall it was good, tasty and will certainly order more.

This is most definitely the easiest sushi rice to make. Great flavour too.
Cooks very well, stays together well. It’s tasted really nice when seasoned. Will definitely buy again
I get this when I havent put in a shop with the Asian supermarket, I’d probably rate it good if I didn’t use authentic ingredients but because I do I find these overly sticky and not as nice as others available
The Yutaka sushi rice is an amazing (sugoi). Along with Nippon Inn's rice it is the best rice I have ever tasted. Yutaka rice is oishii desu (delicious). I don't eat raw fish but like the sushi rice. Sushi is vinegared rice. Interested in Japan and they do the best rice. I have the Yutaka rice with noodles, orieintal vegetables and put miso in it. Miso is another Yutaka product and is also oishii desu.
I am not happy with this product. This rice is not a sushi rice, looks are normal rice. Teksture is very loose.
Rice tastes great. Not five stars only because theres a lot of plastic packaging which could potentially be cut out, or at least use a biodegradable alternative.
I never had rice like a this before. Crumbling, dry and broken...... Maybe not enough starch to make sticky. Yes, they are sweet taste but not suitable for the making sush at all! I made lots of inside out maki and I kept it in the refrigerator for my packed lunch. And all rice changed like a crumbling snow flakes! Very strange. Probably this rice is more suitable for fried rice or Katsu curry.
