I have tried two flavors of this gum. The ingredients are healthy. The flavors are stronger than other gums (with all the bad stuff) and have a bit of zing. The gum is tough and hurts my teeth and jaw pretty quickly. It does a good job of making my breath feel fresh and clean. I prefer the flavor and texture of other gums, but will chew this one for my health as the artificial sweeteners in other chewing gum destroys gut biome.
