I am loving this book. Everyday it sets a new challenge for me to help ensure I am practicing mindfulness.Would recommend for those who have little time but are wanting to improve themselves and their life
The book is great! I had an electronic version but I wanted to have the actual book because there are many good ideas. I would open this book often on any page and it would bring me joy and peace. The quality of paper is really good as well as the illustrations.
