ZenZone Candle Vanilla 130g

Well-Priced Candle. I use candles, but usually go for organic beeswax that are unscented. This candle which is made in China does not state what wax it contains. I do not like synthetic scents and this Vanilla candle scent is mild, but still not my favourite to use in my home. The candle lasts for 25 hours and the price is only $3 is is rather cheap. It comes in its own container which is convenient. As a consumer my preference would be for there to be more information specified on the back of the label. I would also like to see the candle made locally, with natural essential oils which can add beautiful calming properties to our home which have served as a sanctuaries over the past couple of years. Cheap Candle. I was happy to receive this limited release offer however they aren't the best quality. The price is reasonable but so are Kmart candles and they have a similar longevity to the smell they give off. I probably wouldn't recommend as there are already so many candles out there that do a good enough job without breaking the bank.

Nice Subtle Scent. This was very cheap and nicely packaged. Looked classier and of a higher quality than the price indicated. Would have liked a lid but the plastic covering more than compensated. The smell/scent was nice and definitely vanilla but subtle and not overpowering which was good and they way I prefer it. I loved that the main parts of the packaging - jar and film - were recyclable. What I didn't like was that it's made in China and there is no list of ingredients. So I therefore am sceptical regarding the quality or lack of quality of this candle. I love candles and watching them burn but have moved over to Soy Candles and other natural ones that are better for your health and away from the cheap, more toxic, ones. I'd rather pay a bit more and trust that there are no adverse side effects or potential issues for me and my family's health, especially as a couple of us already have breathing health-related conditions.

Consistent Aroma. I use Vanilla to clean the fridge so mentally that scent equals cleaning so not sure I'd buy a Vanilla candle - maybe a different scent. Putting that aside I left the candle lit for about 4 hours, it gave off a consistent aroma, didn't flicker and the wax did not discolour. Good value if you love candles. Recommend the candle itself.

Very nice smell. I accidentally left the candle on the bench in the kitchen after removing the packaging. I had to rush out, when I came home the kitchen had a lovely vanilla smell. I have since placed the candle on my window sill in the bathroom it gets the morning sun. Just having it sit on the window sill in the bathroom without lighting it is working better than some air fresheners also cheaper. I am thinking of buying a few more and placing them around the home in the sunlight and allowing the sun to melt and release the smell as opposed to lightening it. Not exciting. Personally, a strong vanilla scent which was too overpowering/manufactured. Doesn’t smell natural so not a favourite overall. Bit expensive and due to cost of living, would not be top of my shopping list to purchase again as not a necessary purchase. Packaging label not as attractive or funky also - has a bit if an ‘old lady’/cleaning product vibe

Hardly any scent. Had a mild vanilla scent when unlit, which appealed to me as I'm not keen on overpowering vanilla. However upon lighting it, there was no scent whatsoever. Have had it lit now for a couple of hours and still cannot smell it. For the price, it makes a good backup in a power outage though. Don't bother if you want to fill the room with a scent though.

Cheap candle. A very cheap candle but no fragrance unless you stand over it while it is burning. I prefer my candles to make the whole room smell beautiful. When it burns it doesn’t burn to the edges just a small bit around the wick. I found the plastic cover a bit hard to get off when I wanted to light it. I wouldn’t buy it for these reasons.

Good value..... :). I had to visit a couple of stores before I found one to sample. I thought this item was good value for money. I liked the labels and noted that they were to be removed prior to use, which I did, happy that they were easy to remove. I noted that the larger sized ($12) candle was packed in a box, which would have been nice for this size to give as a small gift, but it was good value for money anyway. I found the Vanilla Bean fragrance pleasant but not very strong, and when lit I had to stand pretty close to be able to take advantage of it. The Directions for Use and Warnings on the label were well presented, though in rather small print, but of course one can only do so much on a small label. The wick on my candle didn't need trimming and lit immediately, with a strong and straight flame. I burned the candle over a period of about a week for a few hours at a time to test the statement of 'burns up to 25 hours' and was pleasantly surprised that it had in fact burned for about 43 hours in total, and some of this time it had been within reach of an active ceiling fan. (I did push the soft wax down from the sides during burning a couple of times towards the end of the burn, but the vast majority of the wax was consumed overall. ) All in all, I was very happy with this product, and as Vanilla is not my favourite fragrance, I will be sampling some of the other fragrances very soon. Thanks for the opportunity to sample a product I would otherwise not have tried. :)

Best for a small room as little scent. Vanilla is my favourite fragrance hence I was happy to receive this. Initially I lit it in the living room but could not get any scent from it. Blew it out and used it in my shut bathroom while having a soak and it was marginally better. It is probably only useful in a Powder Room during a party or similar as not strong enough for normal use.
