Zinus Cambril Fabric Bed Frame Dark Grey - Single

It is a bit tricky to put together for a few reasons. Some of the bolts are already installed and have to be loosened in order to connect other pieces. That wasn’t obvious from the instructions and they were so tight that it was extremely difficult to loosen them. In addition, like most DIY instructions, there are no words, so it wasn’t always easy to tell which direction each piece should go and challenging when things had to be taken apart and reassembled in the correct direction. Just be patient and don’t overtighten until you are sure things are correct. Once assembled, the bed looks beautiful and is extremely sturdy. Not a wobble or a creak with a 200+-pound man sleeping on it.

The packaging said "Easy Assembly" but it was quite confusing. My roommate helped me otherwise I'd probably still be trying to make sense of the instructions. But once we got through it, it wasn't that bad, but there are a couple parts that I'd you're not looking closely to the pictures the setup will be wrong and that's what happened to us. We attached the headboard supports on backwards which made trying to attach the frame extremely difficult until I noticed that it was backwards. Once we turned them around it was easy, but one of the screws on the support was not threading and we are going to have to drill a new hole in because currently it's only being held on by one screw on one side of the frame. Does the Job, and is not cheap.

So here's the breakdown. It's actually a good bed frame compared to others but will take you some time to put together if by yourself. It comes with all the essentials needed to build the frame as advertised. Note, it did come with a weird smell so use something like ordor ban to knock that out. Now, the wrench they provide may seem handy but won't be useful until the end of almost having the bed together. If you have a drill for Allen wrench like screws it will make your job easy. Now with that said, I wouldn't invest into the one that requires the box spring due to not looking stable but this frams is holding up well. I'm 250+ and it's doing the job, no creaks, nothing. Unless your umm, you know 😅 The only downside about the bed frame is the head board being low man..

FAULTY - CANNOT BE ASSEMBLED PROPERLY

The parts of the frame don't align properly because the head is 4cm wider than the foot of the bed. Also the middle support beam is too long and cannot be fixed to both ends. Do not buy this bed under any circumstances.

Great Quality!

I ordered the king size and I am actually surprised considering the price. The material is great quality and its very sturdy. It was very easy to put together as well, took me maybe 30 minutes. If you’re feeling hesitant due to the price like I was, don’t be! I love it and I will for sure recommend it!

It works for now

Item was packaged well when it arrived, setting it up was not too cumbersome, took about 1 hour 30 mins-ish to set up by myself. The directions were good but can be better for easier set up. For example, the parts were labeled with numbers, but somehow in the directions they used alphabets instead of the numbers on the parts(confusing). The pictures on the directions can also be improved to better understand what part goes where and how it should be attached. Alignment for one of the side panels was slightly off, but i was still able to make it work. For those who have high-profile box springs the headboard may not be tall enough for your needs. Please do not buy

This was the worst experience that I’ve ever experienced with the bed frame. The bag came broken. Some of the pieces are lopsided. A lot of the screws are strip. I would not recommend this at all. I’m so aggravated with this bed. I didn’t even want to return it. I just simply threw it in the trash. Everything is broken. What a waste of money !

The best!!!

Loveeeeeee this bed… not only the appearance but how easy it was to put together . The screws are already in the all you have to do is attach the pieces to it. This little wrench thingy or whatever is it god knowsssssss everyyyyyy bed should have it so much easier and my fingers are not dented in or hurt from trying to screw the screws in. Whoever thought to add this to the package to help I LOVE YOUUUUU

This bed looks great!

I bought this bed for my son's new bedroom. It's a really nice upgrade from the Ikea bed he had previously, and I really like how upscale the fabric material looks. It's such an improvement over plain wood!The bed arrived quickly and was easy to carry into my house. The box is a little heavy, but one person can manage, or if you get a second person to help, it's no problem at all.My son and I built the bed together, and it took about 45 minutes, which included the time for me to not read the instructions properly and put something on backwards. Despite the one mistake, the bed was easy to assemble and feels very solid. stylish but takes time to put together

The parts were not labeled clearly so it took longer to assemble. The headboard is particle board and there was a little mold on it.I cleaned it and let it dry out so it was fine. Once put together, it looks nice and it pretty sturdy.
