Zinus Metal Canopy Bed Black -Single

10/10 would recommend. Postage on this item was quite fast which was a bonus as we were in urgent need of a bed frame for the guest bedroom. Only came in one box which makes for easy clean up. I especially loved the extra tools that came in the box (rubber hammer and a ratchet Allen key). With a sleek and clean design it was surprising that this was really quite easy to put together. This is the most practical and sturdy poster bed you could ask for.Easy to assemble instructions with a cute mint hammer included. Took myself about 30mins with a little extra help muscle wise to get it all to standing.Packaging also comes with non slip grip tape! Perfect to hold your mattress in place considering it's a metal frame and whilst on that metal note I will add, it doesn't squeak... at ALL!I've owned so many metal beds and all have worn so quickly and been so squeaky right from pulling the get go.This bed is value for money.I nearly went with a distributor here in WA with the exact same frame but the shipping was almost double and quality didn't seem there. Absolutely love the design of this bed frame and very happy with my purchase! It was such a nice touch that it came with a gorgeous little ratchet allen key tool and a rubber mallet - making the assembly process seamless and super easy. I also appreciate that the screws were the same gold as well. Highly recommend this bed frame!

Ever since I was little I dreamed of having a canopy bed. After making it out the other end of the pandemic as a 31 year old woman I treated myself to this bed frame. It was an incredibly good price including delivery and I honestly could not be happier. It is absolutely gorgeous, I feel like the Queen I have always wanted to feel like. I am so surprised by how incredibly sturdy and silent it is. Not a single squeak when I turn or lie down. It took my friend and I 30 mins to put together, comes with very clear instructions, all the pieces numbered and all the tools needed to build it. I literally own no other furniture not even a couch but I don't care, this bed is gorgeous.

Good value for the price. Arrived quickly and easy assembly. The bed base doesn't have casing on the edges so the mattress can slide around which isn't great design. It has adhesive tape on the slates to attach the mattress to the base but this is a pretty poor solution. Having said all that, my daughter loves it! It looks great and for the price and excellent buy.

A lot of screws! Great tools supplied. Sturdy. No squeaks. Up to 500lb (about 230kg) weight limit. Not good for tall people as have to be careful not to hit their head. Not a normal floor to ceiling curtain height. Need to put through curtain eyelets before assembling. Head rails a double pillow height. Need pads for legs on wood floors. Disassembled will fit in a car/ute lengthwise with front seat down. About 40kg. Overall very happy so far. Great for price. Great service.

Amazing bed

Love it, the inatructions for building it seems complicated at first but then when you get it, it's just like Legos. The packaging for the tools and screws were also amazing. Never seen something packed so nicely with the customer's experience in mind. The bed is completely solid. If it moves or creaks that means you haven't pushed bars all the way. Use the rubber mallet and make sure the screws are tight. The hex head wrench that came with it is so helpful and convenient. It really makes the assembly so easy! Would definitely recommend this bed. The black is cheaper than white by the way.

Easy, Breezy

The bed has a lovely modern gold tone and although it seems to come with a lot of pieces, it really wasn’t difficult to put together (although the instructions could have been a little more intuitive). Just put on some really good music and carve out a couple of hours. I didn’t even have to call my husband to come in the room and assist. I was able to put the whole bed together myself and surprise him. Perfect for a guest room or a teenager’s room. Can’t wait until the bedding and other decor arrive.

Fantastic bed frame

Ordering was easy. Delivery not great with Allied Express, carton damaged and left by the road at the top of driveway.My 15 year old daughter assembled the bed herself without trouble. Bed is strong and stable. Looks great and she loves it. Matt black is perfect and canopy height fits under a ceiling fan. Would recommend to anyone.

Sturdy, easy to build.

At first, the instructions looked complicated, but they are actually very easy to follow. Easier than flat pack from the Swedish Big Blue box store.This bed frame was built by two adults in under 30 minutes.The frame is sturdy, but light weight.Mine is on medium pile carpet, and even with a heavy mattress on it, it is quite easy to move around in order to put sheets on.Very happy with this purchase.
