This mattress has been very comfortable. It is hard to believe what you can squeeze into a box these days. Great to deal with, and mattress arrived within 4 days.

Not Firm, you do sink in a little, but still better than a plain foam mattress. Suits purpose for my child but I wouldn't buy for an adult. I don't regret purchase but I won't be ordering one for my bed as I Iike a genuine firm mattress. Their choice of courier is not amazing, tracking information incorrect and no communication.
Very happy with the purchase, it arrived in a very timely manner, in a very convenient box but once it had burst into life, the mattress was great, thick, nice and firm and a great price... couldnt be happier.
Very comfortable, I was a little wary about purchasing the mattress but would not hesitate to buy another one.
