The set included all parts and also includes extra screws etc.Instructions were made REALLY clear and the layout of the packaging made the process even easier. Ordered this for myself. This frame does exactly what it says it will do. Very sturdy. Easy assembly. All the pieces fit perfectly. Very pleased with my purchase. Recommend highly and I usually do not do reviews. This product deserves one. It also arrived 3 days early.

One of the few low profile bed bases around. Good simple design. Easy to assemble. Fast delivery. Came with a nice thoughtful bit of "thanks for buying this" marketing stuff that felt like it was a quality lovingly crafted product and not just some mass manufactured crap. Although it probably is. Marketing stuff made me feel like it isn't. And that's what matters.

Perfect size for my queen bed frame and easy to assemble. Instructions are great, they also provide all essential tools. Great design with the slabs (not those ones where you have to insert each end of the slab into a plastic casing). Shipping was sloooow considering the item is dispatched from nsw to sydney. Took 3 weeks or something.
I like the sturdiness of the product. Nothing was missing and all the parts are complete. I appreciate how they delivered my bed frame with care. Boxes were not dented and were in tack. The bedframe itself fits perfectly with the decor and went along with the bed perfectly. The height is great and I have just enough space underneath to place small items. I will definitely purchase from you when the time comes again
I was having trouble finding an clean, modern and understated bed frame that didn't cost an arm and a let so I was super excited to find the offerings from Zinus. I settled on the Steel Low Profile style and it arrived a week ago. The assembly process was very straight forward and I especially like the way the screws and hardware where packaged in a blister-pack keeping everything in order. Overall the packaging was great an held everything in place nicely. Nice bedframe. Fast and easy to install. My son and I did it without bothering dad. Planks velcro in, love that. There are also anti-slip strips for the mattress. The bedframe sits lower than expected, but is as pictured. It works for my son since he enjoys sitting low to use electronics.
I received my Zinus 12” Cooling Gel Memory Foam maturess a week ago. You do have to be patient while it decompressed and expands back to shape and the (new Car) smell took a few day to dicipate as well. But after a few nights sleeping on it I wake up with no lower back pain.. it’s nice how you sink into the mattress at all the heavy stress points (shoulders, hips)... I assume this allows better alignment of the spine. It’s soft, quiet and comfortable. The only thing is my 65 lb pit bull has claimed it as her own she loves it as well. The Queen size gives us plenty of room. I also ordered the 7” steel platform bed frame which is excellent! This bed frame design is very well thought-out. The instructions were extremely simple and the bed was very easy to put together. It’s very sturdy and provides great support for a mattress without necessitating a box spring. We were looking for a simple bed frame that was low to the floor for our toddler. A lot of bed frames that don’t require a box spring still sit very high off the floor. This one is the perfect height at about seven inches. If you are looking for a simple, sturdy frame, this is it!
