This is our default thermal in our family. We have 5 of these and they have lasted for years. Even after I drop it, there might be a small dent but doesn't affect the bottle. The cap is easy to open with one push and the parts are all easily removable for cleaning. It can keep my water cool for more than 6 hours with no issues.

I have the black color of this water bottle but this brand is by far one of my favorites! I’ve tried to like Hydroflasks for the longest but don’t like how the cap needs to be screwed on using two hands (I.e. one holding the bottle the other twisting the cap on). All Day Thermos

I recently purchased this thermos to carry hot water to work so I could make tea during the school day. The thermos maintains the water temperature with little degradation and capable of making a proper cup of tea for 8 plus hours. I am really pleased with my purchase and the quality of the build is exceptional - just what I expect from Zojirushi.

I can't count the number of coffee cups I have tried over my 30 years of drinking coffee. Even tried the plug-in car thermos which worked great but they all stopped working after about 2 weeks. A lot of the other thermos cups professed to keep "8 hours hot"-which turned out in ALL cases to be totally bogus(even the expensive 30 to 40 dollar mugs). This one keeps it hot LONGER than 8 hours--absolutely the best thermos mug in the market and comes in 12 oz AND 16 oz---also like it because I drink my coffee through a straw (to prevent teeth staining) and this allows for that . Even with the top lid open (so I can sip from my straw) it stays hot ALL day--over 8 hours! If you keep the top lid closed in between sips coffee will still be hot after 12 hours. I love Zojirushi

Wow! I've had a 16oz blue Zojirushi mug for about 4 years and there was absolutely no damage to it. But I decided to upgrade because I wanted the larger (20oz) so I could drink more coffee, and the black mug is more professional. It has a sleek look, closes tightly, locks consistently. It keeps your beverage hot for 8+ hours. Does not dent. This mug is so well designed and manufactured. They make an amazing rice cooker as well.

Perfect water bottle

I have been searching for a water bottle that isn't so huge that I cannot put it in a purse or backpack sleeve. I finally found it. I can put ice in and water and it is cold hours and hours later. Highly recommend. I like the way it locks too

Really keeps water hot

I bought one nearly a year ago after reading the review in Consumer Reports and am highly satisfied. When camping, I fill it after dinner with boiling water and the next morning it's the right temperature for tea! At sub-freezing temperatures I do wrap it in a jacket or heavy mitten, but it's still hot in the morning.When not camping, the water is almost too hot at times.I would like to get one in a larger size.

Stainless steel perfection!

I have tried them all and these are the best! Never leak and keep drinks hot and cold for a very long time. I especially like that this isn’t lined inside with the nonstick coating, as that coating contains PFAS. Please offer more bottles without the coating!

Zojirrushi mugs are the gold standard!

I’ve purchased several similar mugs from Zojirushi. They are exceptional and keep beverages hot and cold for 8-12 hours. My coffee is still warm up to 12 hours later. They don’t leak and are the best I’ve ever owned.

Zojirushi 16 oz travel mug

This mug was wonderful for the first year, probably used it a dozen times. Didn't need it for several months and then when I recently started to use it again, it wasn't keeping my coffee hot at all. I always handwashed it so I don't think I was neglectful in care or handling. If anyone has any suggestions to offer, I would love to hear from you.
