Doesn’t leak which is important to me since I carry this to work in my expensive handbag. I love it and purchased it after reading that it was one of the highest rated travel mugs. I only wish it was a bit bigger. But it is very nice and I’m happy with my purchase.

My wife was looking for a personal size thermos for her hot beverages. I remember seeing a recent article in Consumer Reports on thermal containers. Zojirushi was rated hands down the best. It’s true. My wife loves it. Plus such wonderful choice of colors.
It beats all of our other mugs by a long shot.If you have the patience, preheat the mug with boiling water before pouring your coffee into the mug and your coffee will be hotter for even longer!
Perfect size for hands and cup holders. Keeps my tea hot for hours. Easy to clean and great mouth feel on the lip.
Excellent quality for keeping the beverage warm/hot for a long time. This item would be my 4th mug. My suggestion is to have stronger coating. So it won't be easily chipped/scratched in normal/light use such as being kept in lunch bag or backpack.
I love this color. This mug is excellent to keep my tea very hot more than 4-5 hours. It is worth to pay this amount of money.
