If you don't want a non-stick pan but do want a glass lid there are very few options. This pan is one of those few. Solidly built, great to use, easy to clean. Quite pricey but well worth it

After much research, I bought four Zwilling pans of various sizes to use on our induction hob . They're great! They heat up well and I particularly like the see-through (glass?) lids, which allow you to see how things are cooking. We weren't sure if this small pan would be used much when cooking for our family of five, but it's perfect for sauces and single portions of soup. The range is expensive, but a good investment, as the pans they replaced didn't last longer than a few years.
