Okay we can never skip or ignore the forms and types of vitamins and minerals used in the product. of course with such price we should not expect the best forms of vitamins to be used.But from a general point the product provides a decent formula of what a male body might need.I feel more active and motivated whenever i take the pill. it could be a placebo effect that i psychologically get when i take it. but i do also emphasize on the physiological changes i feel when taking it, which are good compared to when i don't take the pill. and we can't deny that there is plenty of multi vitamins products out there on IHERB that might be better. but for this price i can say that this one is the best for me.

I heard much about the quality and benefits this complex offers you. the size is sufficient for a few months, a perfect dosage and amazing composition and ingredients. i am sure the effect wilm be amazing if you take it on a daily basis. . I was a big fan of iHerb, especially since they have a huge gluten free/vegetarian section. It was amazing for my partner, who suffers from celiac disease (an autoimmune disorder related to gluten). I bought this product because it is specifically labeled as gluten free and vegetarian on iHerb’s website. I am extremely disappointed to receive this to find out it contains wheat AND fish. I am truly sad to say I will no longer be buying from iHerb anymore. For anyone who may have allergies or other similar issues with gluten, PLEASE AVOID this product. iHerb - as a company that prides itself on health and wellness, it is a shame to be falsely advertising information on your products.
Can’t complain! This is the best quality and value for your money! Even with US tax and delivery it’s cheaper than the same quality product in the U.K.. love this brand! I’m really looking forward to start my multivitamins! I am still using my old pack also from this brand. Great size so it will last longer. This multivitamins includes everything you need. Check all ingredients and be careful if you have any allergies. I personally didn’t have any problems with this brand. Definitely will buy again!
