My now 2 year old Labraoodle was diagnosed with skin and gut issues as and was allergic to most regular proteins in kibble. After trialling a range of different brands, we came across Petzyo and since introducing the kibble to her over a year ago, her skin and gut issues have improved tremendously! She loves the flavours and her coat is shiny and glossy again.Bonus points for offering more than one type of novel proteins in their range- I alternate my orders to give her variety!The order and delivery process is efficient and prompt and can be easily adjusted in case she goes through her kibble quicker/ or at a slower rate so that they are always delivered fresh. Packaging is also of great quality and easy to store.

Petzyo had a product alert on the Kangaroo kibble product that I had recently purchased. The product had above normal moisture content and didn’t meet the shelf life expectancy. Mistakes do happen but the measure of a company is how they react and handle the situation. Petzyo were proactive and contacted me before I knew there was a problem with the kibble and then kept me updated through out the replacement process. I have no doubt Petzyo kibble has been a major contributor to that improvement.

We have Puppy and Young Dogs a Golden Labrador, Border Collies and a Golden Retriever. Since moving to Petzo all of the Dogs have perfect Coates and no irritation. Especially the Golden Retriever whose prior food made him itch like crazy due to something in the formulation. Their fav is the Chicken Biscuits but they also like the Roo.I have found Petzyo support to be very responsive, friendly and professional advising in advance of any issues. They have even arranged free express delivery upgrades to help out when I had started to run low due to rains and supply chain problems.I highly recommended them over other “premium" brands

Made the switch from Royal Canin to Petzyo’s Kangaroo, Sweet Potato and Superfood Extras kibble for my then 1year old Spoodle, Boo Radley. She loves it! I made the switch due to the amazing ingredients but also because it’s made in Australia and I love supporting local whenever I can. We now have another Spoodle; 8 month old Cicc and he is equally obsessed. I’ve noticed recently they both leave a little bit in their bowl to have as a late night snack. Just like us humans! Every time I’ve ordered, it has been such an easy process. I have a subscription and sometimes need to re-order before the due date. I simply select the new date and it arrives with a couple of days! After studying the ingredients list for Petzyo Kangaroo Kibble I realised all the non meat ingredients in my mix were included in the Petzyo brew so I explained this to Polly who (being a JRT) immediately understood why we were changing to Petzyo Kibble with the addition of beef mince and ground up ***** meats. 1st time buyer for my 2 boys. They have always been on RC Lab. from when I brought them home. Angus is 9 and Kota is 15 months. They get really excited when it's time to eat - more excited than normal for labs :) Have to say am extremely happy with how quickly I have noticed a change happening in Kota's "yeast issues" and in general for Angus. Also happy that I recognise and can pronounce all the ingredients! Really, really love that it is Australian made and owned. All aspects of the purchase were excellent. Thoroughly recommend Petzyo so far. Only thing negative is the price for my family circumstances - it is a bit steep.
My dog has never enjoyed eating and has been underweight, irritated and grumpy since she was about 6 months old. From the first Petzyo meal we gave her, she started enjoying her food for the first time and getting excited at meal times. Her skin and stomach irritation have decreased to almost nothing, and she is so much happier, more energetic and playful instead of being grumpy all day!Last week I started her on the chicken kibble in addition to the raw chicken and she is also loving this, and continuing to show no signs of irritation. In the past she has always refused to eat any brand of kibble.The delivery service has frequent communication, and I'm very happy with the quality of the food.
It is an amazing kibble, my dog loves it! Low G.I so my pet gains a lot of weight that’s mostly muscle and very low fat, due to not being a low g.i carb source and not overly high in sugar like rice. And a very high quality lean protein source like kangaroo meat, and extra goodies in there for his internal well being like, turmeric, and nice omega 6 and 3 fats for his coat. I joke cooked his meals before, but kibble really helps fill in the blanks when you can’t. Also my only concerns is the life of the kibble after opening it. It may be beneficial to have some oxygen absorbers in the bag. I’m trying to go through two 8kg bags as quick as possible. Are there some other strategies to extend the life of the kibble
The only kibble our charmed baby will eat. His diet is a balanced mix of raw & kibble; his previous brand of dry was left in the bowl until his hunger pangs evidently became too much . Now he inhales both portions of his meals with the same gusto. PETZYO is Australian made & just as nutritious as his previous fodder, but obviously tastes a whole lot better, is cheaper & arrives at our door super fast, placing the ethical & wholesome offerings of its very efficient & also local predecessor, firmly in 2nd place. Winner, winner, roo for dinner! (… or salmon, which went down just as well).
Took a bit of work to get in touch as phone contact constantly unavailable. But once I started communication with Nicole via email all went well. Very impressed with the kangaroo kibble, I have a very sensitive stomach Yorkie, he loved it, he drooled while I was putting it in his bowl, how can you not love that. I did transition for a few days but his bowels were perfect so ended up feeding him solely petzyo. Very happy, thank you. Would love to try feeding some of the wet food but it is sold in too large quantities for very small dogs. Also delivery was super quick, very impressed.
