My dog suffers from extreme anxiety once a thunderstorm starts. He'd pace around the house, nervous pees and pants. The diffuser, I think helped somewhat. We're in a house with multiple rooms so initially we weren't sure where to put it. We chose next to his bed at night. When we first installed it, I'd say my dog was a bit 'dopey' and more 'tired' than usual. In a way, it definitely worked. However, would love an on/off option as my dog's anxiety is weather dependant. I'd still recommend though as no other products has helped so a little bit is big for us :)'

I have a beagle and miniature dachshund. My beagle is turning 9 soon and I've noticed as he is getting older he is becoming more and more jumpy with loud noises and especially storms. I tried the Adaptil diffuser as I have read a lot of good things about for calming dogs. I have definitely found he has been calmer since we started using the diffuser and at times he has just taken himself off to sit on the couch instead of wandering around agitated which is a great improvement. We have 2 Moodle's 1 is VERY anxious and has been taking medication for a number of years now, which help, but he still continuously licks at his paws, terrified of storms, sneezing, unexpected loud noises, car travel.
