Purchased and shipped pretty quickly. Box came broken and parts were hanging out. Assembly wasn't too tricky. Beautiful machine, self propelled flywheel is not like a traditional elliptical though. There are 24 levels of resistance and the lowest one (1) feels like a 7/10 in terms of toughness. Contacted Adidas support and they said it should be very easy on the lowest resistance like other ellipticals. It is not. I lift weights and cycle with resistance. Yet on this machine I can only sustain any effort for up to 90 seconds. I explained the issue and they basically said nothing was wrong with it and we should just return it. Seems like the tension mechanism or some portion of it is too tight but support will no longer answer or offer support.

I was very excited to receive and use this machine to achieve my cardio goal but when using there is a very loud grind and clunking sound for every step. And the mode button seems to not work. I’ve submitted a fault enquiry and yet to receive a response.

I purchased this several weeks ago and it was delivered and ssembled last week. We have used it ever since and are enjoying the exercise we get from it. It provides a very good exercise session.
I bought this to get back into shape and I’ve been using it for a month now. It’s fab and I’m already feeling better. It seems to be built very well and it’s easy to use. It doesn’t really make any noise either. So far, it’s been worth every penny.
The whole family is delighted with this! This is a very substantial piece of kit that feels as stable and well built as the ones in the gym. My partner didn’t have any trouble putting it together at all and I have to say that we’re both really impressed with how it functions and how it looks. The red LED is useless, but it’s still very cool! Very well made product.
Very good and trusty bit of kit. Solid and stable, even at high speed when I’m really gunning it the drinks bottle stays in place. Very happy with my purchase.
