Aesop Coriander Seed Body Cleanser 500ml

Love the earthy fragrance to this body wash. The most prominent smell is definitely black pepper. The small sized bottle actually lasted me longer then expected as you don't need too much product to creat a nice lather. It's a lovely textured body wash. I was definitely expecting to smell more of the coriander seed and patchouli notes though. It was still a good buy and I've enjoyed using it.

I like the fact that it is very gentle - unlike other cleansers, it does not contain SLS/SLES. It still foams well with a bath lily. It does not strip my skin of its natural oil so my skin doesn't feel tight after using it. I use it almost every day, especially in the summer. The scent is also very to my taste. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to give it a try.

Nothing about this body cleanser felt luxury. It had the weakest scent ever, I’ve had better from smaller businesses. I was so sold from the reviews of how WONDERFUL it smelled. Lies. It lathers and cleans very well but so does dove soap. If I’m paying close to $50 I want a $50 experience. This just wasn’t it. The aesthetics are great and fine but what was the hype for honestly? It’s a mediocre body cleanser. It’s not even on the cleaner side of beauty products. I’m mad at y’all for lying to me on this app 😂

Excellent Body Cleaner

Gorgeous fragrance

I bought this specifically to take to use at the gym because of the handy pump dispenser, but love it so much that I now use it at home as well! The smell is to die for, it's floral, but fresh, not overpowering, it definitely gives the impression of a luxury product. I genuinely prefer this range to anything by Molton Brown, and as Aesop is comparatively lesser known, you get the benefit of feeling like you're using a far more exclusive product! This is worlds away from even the best supermarket or pharmacy body wash, I can't bring myself to use anything else now!

No.1 body wash

My favourite body wash! I normally have a few different bottles of body wash in the bathroom for different purposes, eg. Ren magnesium after work-out, Neom real luxury if I want to pamper myself and Aesop geranium leaf to refresh after a long day ... and to be honest this Aesop scent is the one I want to use most of the time. although the name is geranium leaf, the other two citrus ingredients (mandarin, bergamot) actually gives it a much stronger up-lifting sensation, so this is suitable for men too!

Nourishing body cleanser with pleasant scent

First, Geranium is one of my favourite oils in baths, skin care, etc...(it's the witch in me). This body balm is rich but lightweight and works on any skin type. I have back acne, so I'm very aware of body care ingredients; thus far, I haven't broken out from using Aesop Body products. This balm smells fresh and clean, almost like a fantastic rainy day in the forest. The primary scents are geranium leaf, mandarin rind and bergamot rind. There are on the pricey side but well worth the money.

QUALITY

You know a body wash is top quality when it doesn't cause pink soap scum in your shower. This Aesop geranium leaf body wash is perfection. The scent lingers after but not throughout the day. My skin never feels dried out. Aesop pump also delivers the perfect amount. I've tried dupes from GA, Bamford, and the formulations are always slightly off. I always come back to this, and it lasts a long time too.

If you can justify spending a good chunk of your budget on body cleanser this is a marvelous option. It's soft and moisturizing, I can easily skip lotion after using it. The scent is so subtle, pleasant, and natural smells exactly like a geranium essential oil.A fantastic product that looks wonderful on your shelf. This product is a beautiful, creamy consistency with a beautiful smell that lingers in your skin. A little goes a long way with this product which is great considering the price tag. I have taken away one star as it would be nice due to the price and the fact you can buy refills if the bottle was glass instead of a thin plastic.
