I was interested in trying this fragrance for a new fall scent. I liked the initial notes of herb, fig, grasses but the finish was too masculine and powdery ( (I think it was the green mate tea notes i dont like). The dry down is not something i would want lingering all day long on me; reminded me of the old 1980's men's Lagerfeld cologne. Returning.

I have tried one of the little samples that came with my order and was pleasantly surprised. Most of their fragrances are not really my cup of tea, but so many people at my work asked what I was wearing. I may need to take the plunge and buy the full bottle!
I bought the Aesop Virere Eau de Parfum recently and I am using it every day. It is a nice perfume with a refreshing scent however it's fragrance does not last for long. I think it is very pricey for what it is. I don't particularly recommend it. I like Aesop but I will not buy this perfume again.

I tried a sample of this new fragrance from Aesop. Nice fresh scent with fig and green tea. It is an ok fragrance but quite expensive for what you get.
I was really excited to get to try a sample of this new scent introduced as a long time Aesop product fan. It is a very fresh scent, with a hint of green tea and fig (very tiny bit). It reminds me of the freshness one experience in the woods after a light summer rain, which I very much enjoy. The only issue is it does last on my skin which is rather disappointing.
The dry down of this new perfume is very lovely. When first applied it is herbaceous and peppery but when dried down it becomes warm.
