This is ludicrously expensive but absolutely gorgeous. It turns your kitchen roll into a piece of art. Not remotely essential, but I'm so glad I indulged myself on this.
William Morris said have nothing in your home which you do not believe to be beautiful or know ti be useful - or something very similar. My goodness, this is the justification I needed! My children however keep reminding me that kitchen towel is bad for the environment.... However not even that can take the shine off. Pun intended.It's my one extravagance for 2021 and it gives such pleasure.
The metal bends quite easily and so care is required in keeping it looking perfect. The kitchen roll makes contact with the work surface and so can be affected by damp or spills, I have put a black rubber round trivet underneath which makes it work better for me. It's to be treated as a work of art - there are better designed holders out there but I still love it.
I have a few Alessi items in my kitchen and have been looking at this kitchen roll holder for sometime. I am not disappointed it's really well made and looks stunning expensive but worth it.

Beautiful product....thought was extravagant price for a kitchen roll holderbut you cant fault the quality it looks majestic far too posh for a kitchen roll holder... everyone is surprised when they realise what its hiding...really pleased... want the matching vase
