We buy vitamin C from this manufacturer all the time. Excellent dosage of 500 mg. Esther si formula, the best in digestibility. It is 500 mg that is needed as a single dose, since the body no longer assimilates, the excess remains in the toilet. It is better to drink 500 mg two or three times a day than 1500 mg at a time. That's not my opinion, that's what the doctors say. I adhere to this rule. Capsules of normal size, odorless, easy to swallow. I definitely recommend it.

Good Vitamin C addition. I like that it is gentle on your stomach yet very effective. The pill size is medium, so it is very easy to swallow. Helps to bust your immune system especially during fall and winter time! Acidity is not too bad, in fact I haven’t noticed it affecting me in a negative way

Great quality packaging ang ingredient that didnt go bad in hot weather during delivery. Easy to swallow size in spite of being 500 mg with no bad taste or smell. No acidic effect on stomach so you can take daily with food to improve potency of absorption. Great improvement on my immunity and healing due to antioxidant properties.
Great. i really found this helpful and worked out well. great price. i like the packageing and the diet compostion most of all. i found of course that the intended supplement effect to be most beneficial. in terms of quality and ingredient i found the age benefit most fitting. not at all a tast concern.
Ester C from American Health is my favoriete C supplement. Ester C is the only form of C that that does not give me stomach acid. I bought this one because the version with veggie capsules, which is my favorite, was sold out. Now it seems that all of their Ester C products are permanently out of stock which is a real shame. 500mg is my preferable dosage. I take one in the morning and one in the evening
I have been taking this form of Vit. C knowing for years it's the best form that our bodies can use for it's postive benefits otherwise it's so much more bio-available then other C supplements, I hope people know this AND this particular "Ester-C" brand has been around a long time , well known and trusted. I only buy this brand but has kept my immunity well and gum health perfect, plus more good benefits as it's good for aging/immune health on different levels. I'll be 67 next month and it's a super antioxidant. This brand just works so good for me and doesn't cause one bit of GI upset and I'm plagued with having chronic gastritis too. No distress!I buy it here and it's always been fresh and the price great - no more Whole paycheck to go into and buy ;)
