Of course like almost everybody in this stressful world, I need effective high-dose Vitamin C. A relative has been pushing Ester C because it is kind to the stomach and in a good, absorbable form. But I had to use a different type because i must have veggie capsules. I cannot swallow the large "horse pills" this used to come as. Now I am very excited to get the best of all worlds in one manageable capsule.

Bought Ester-C Plus, Vitamin C, because a family member has a very sensitive stomach and could not tolerate taking regular Vitamin C. Now when they take Ester-C they have no stomach issues at all. We love the Solgar brand of vitamins. It's a company with a very good reputation.

This is my holy grail product. The one I cannot be without. I was suffering from exhaustion a few years ago, waking up feeling terrible every morning. I had little money at the time and too tired to do any research so I decided to start with a vitamin C and chose this one as its gentle and non acidic. After a while of taking several a day spread out throughout the day I started to feel so much better that I could start to do other things to help me improve. I like the capsules over the tablets even though they have less mg's in them (500mg as opposed to 1000mg) as I prefer capsules for their digestability. Vitamin C is not stored in the body so taken a bit less spread across the day works for me. We are all different though and someone with different needs would do ... However this is the one I will always take as I would hate to go back to feeling so tired all the time. I prefer to buy this 250 capsule pack as it lasts me a while and I dont have to keep buying smaller bottles all the time. After I have used them I soak the bottle for a few days and then wash off the label. Its the perfect jar then to store my herbs and superfoods in and they look lovely lined up in the kitchen with my home made labels on :-) It's a win win situation all round!
Ester-C is always the best bet if you, like me, have tummy issues with regular vitamin C's acidity. These capsules are of "normal" size, and don't break apart when swallowed. Solgar is a trusted, high-quality brand. The citrus bioflavanoids and rose hips included, are a plus with any C supplement.
I had problems to swallow other kinds of pills because of their body. Therefore after searching I landed on these kinds and I'm very pleased cause I've got no problem to swallow them.
I like the fact they are in easy to take capsules, and easy on the stomach, and non acidic, as I have found out a few brands did upset the stomach. This brand is kind to the stomach.
