Forget harsher antacids, I have been using these for years now. Just the thing when you have minor indigestion after meals. Take three palatable tables and chew them thoroughly. If your symptoms persist, it may be necessary to repeat the dosage after 15 - 20 minutes. The pleasant tasting papaya enzyme ingredient provides the benefits of a natural antacid action. You cannot go past the value for size and quality of this product. Containing 600 small chewable tablets a bottle lasts a long time for minor conditions or if caught early (used as preventative). I’ve experience to side effects or unpleasant after taste etc. that can occur with regular antacids.

We like these papaya enzymes. They are tasty and good for digesting protein! They also have some Amylase to help digest carbs and a solid amount of Calcium which is pleasant benefit! But they contain sugar, so if you are avoiding it it's not an option for you. That's why these tablets are tasty =)) Sweet and with a little hint of papaya fruit. The dosage of papaya fruit and papain is not very big compared to similar products. But it depends on your health and what you need to achieve I guess. So if you need a little help digesting high protein meals and sugar is not an issue for you -- this product will definitely suit you!
