Delivery was not great. It was pouring raining the day I got my phone shipped. And the package handler just threw it right on the lawn, and it got rained on. Also, I have been having issues with my charger port. It seems to have a shortage, and I will be contacting customer service. When these refurbished phones are turned in, its the responsibility of the store, to make sure the phone is in good condition. And yes, it charges decently now, but in a few months this would reek havoc. Is it worth the price? I suppose it depends on your patience level. Its a great phone. The only reason I see the previous owner parting with it, is because of the charger port. I got 2 new iPhone x’s both had issues the same day of purchase. The first one I got I plugged it into my computer to try and download things from my iTunes, and the phone had the loading signal that happens when you plug it into the computer, but the problem is it never synced, and it maintained the loading screen and the syncing signal wouldn’t go away. I tried unplugging and replugging, restarting, manually resetting, nothing worked. I took it into the Apple store and was told they didn’t know what had happened to the phone, it malfunctioned for some reason. I have dropped many iPhones on the ground before and the worst thing to ever happen is a cracked screen, instead the screen got a green line right down the middle like the line in the picture for this review, I tried resetting it but it wouldn’t go away, so I had to return it yet again and I got an iPhone 8 Plus instead of the x because I didn’t want to have another issue with it. Overall I do think Apple isn’t as good as it used to be, I think things go wrong after a couple years so you’re forced to upgrade to a newer model, but this phone was something else to begin with.

"Grade A Refurbished"- It is not Grade A at all.

I knew I was taking a risk when buying a refurbished phone but this was "grade A refurbished" so I thought it would be okay. The phone had a screen protector on it and I could see many scratches when I took it out of the packaging. I was really hoping it was just the screen protector but when I took it off it was the actual screen. These aren't just small scratches, there is about a 2-inch long deep scratch along the left side of the screen and some other smaller deep scratches and so many more that aren't as deep. A nicely refurbished iPhone X

My existing phone is lovely, but it takes too long to charge (10 hours). I need a phone to guide me on walking trips using a Map app, and it may need to guide me for over 8 hours. The iPhone X is a quality option I would like to try, so I ordered this refurbished one. The phone arrived promptly, and included the iPhone X, plus the following accessories: An iPhone X protection shell case, pre fitted with a glass screen protector. A separate screen protector An Apple charging lead, 1m. A SIM hatch access tool The cosmetic condition front and back is excellent. A small amount of scratching on the side will not be visible when in its protective case. I have not yet transferred the SIM card from my existing phone yet, until my son can help me with this, however the phone communicates OK through the house Wi-Fi perfectly well, and I have been able to install a map app, and a pedometer. The map app works, proving the GPS function. The pedometer does not seem to agree with my existing phone, so I need to do more testing on that function. I noticed the amount of memory is 256GB. This is a bonus, because I ordered 64GB! I look forward to adding the SIM to prove all of the additional functions. So far I am pleased that I chose this supplier for a good refurbished phone.

OK so I ordered this phone on Walmarts website. It did not come directly from Walmart it came from a third-party. The phone arrived as advertised in packaging with all parts. Phone actually looked great and better than expected appearance wise. The phone was refurbished but obviously not checked before being sent out the speaker for my ear was blown out and would only go to like volume one on sound. I went directly to Walmart to get my money back in hopes to purchase a new phone but they would not do that because it came from a third-party. They did however return the phone for me at their cost. The money Was returned to my account within two days which made it nice. At least Walmart took that responsibility. Great phone for being used

so far so good, so i ordered this iphone X 7/11/22 and it was supposed to come on Thursday the 14th but got delayed till the 15th today. Phone came in good condition with a screen protector and an apple charger with a charging brick and sim eject tool. screen had a few small scratches then a squarter inch scratch which jsnt an jssue bc they put a screen protector over it. the body had minor scratches but in all honesty the phone looks great. Battery health is at 82% and the phone runs great id say if ur buying used replace the battery. Id say the only other complaint i have is with the company (Kiss Electronics) i asked a question and got i believe an auto response i wish someone would have answered my questions but either way phone looks amazing. Looks and works like new . Good value, but less than a week of use, the lock activates different than where I have setting. Face recognition quit

Everything works. Battery health was at 96 percent upon arrival. Virtually no marks scratches or blemishes visible. Looks like brand new. It was unlocked and reset making a complete data and app transfer from my previous IPhone and setup for this replacement complete in no time. Had it about a week now and so far, all good. Wait!! Hold the phone! No pun intended. Shortly after doing this favorable review, this product is now going to locked almost instantly if youre not continuously actively typing or switching something etc. i didnt set it to lock that quick , and that locking so quickly wouldnt be so bad but face recognition stopped working at about the same time. Ill try to fix in settings, but this isnt a good sign

Not satisfied

I got this phone about a week ago. The Iphone wasn’t letting me log into my Apple ID due to not being updated. The IPhone wasn’t letting me update it so I had to go to the Apple Store and request help. Within this past week, the screen on my phone has fallen off several times, which makes the battery, my sim card and all the wires visible. I went to Best Buy and requested help ONCE AGAIN but this time about the touch screen falling off, and the man there told me i do not have a 1 year warranty even though it’s clearly stated in my receipt. Tonight my Face ID stopped working and nothing i do is helping. Not impressed, especially while buying from what i thought to be a credible and reliable company.

I rarely write a review. This is a warning!!! BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! I was sold a stolen iPhone. I never would have known except I bought a protection plan. My son dropped the phone which was covered by the plan. I was instructed by the company to take the phone to Apple for repair. After 4 visits and a couple phone calls and emails, (which took weeks) Apple told me that the phone was reported lost or stolen and couldn’t help me any further unless I could get more proof from the seller to substantiate that they sold me a phone that they obtained legally. I contacted both the seller and Walmart and notified them of this multiple times.
