Apple iPhone x 64GB (Silver)

The phone looks practically brand new. No scratches or cracks. Came right on after connecting to charger. My only complaint is the cord and charging block it came with. I didn’t expect an apple cord or block, so that’s fine but the issue is that the cord is the new style USB-C cord and the block is your regular USB port so the cord and the block aren’t even compatible with each other without having an adapter. Thankfully I had an apple cord and block that I was able to use, but if you didn’t already have one then you wouldn’t have been able to use the phone without purchasing additional items. Battery life is great. Camera is wonderful. I am satisfied.

The phone arrived nicely packaged. It is in great condition with minimal scratches. It works well. The battery holds a decent charge once you get it to charge. However, most chargers will not work with it. Wireless charger does not work for more than 1-2% in about 2 hours. None of the cords that Walmart sells will charge it either. Even tried buying new ones. So your stuck with a 2-3 foot cord until you can find something else. Phone comes with an Ashley charger but it seems that some of the iPhone cords that Walmart had to charge their displays will work. However the iPhone cords I already have at home would not work. I had an interesting experience with an iPhone recently. The device is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, which made navigating through the various features quite enjoyable. I switched from the Galaxy S5 to the iPhone X, and I was blown away big how much better this new phone is. It has a really bright screen which made it easier for me to see out in the sun. I didn't even notice the difference in weight that much. The face ID works much better than my finger print scanner did, and I don't even miss that thing anymore. I like how the phone feels so premium in my hands. I love it. I just wish the battery life was better, perhaps an additional 5-6 hours extra Phone is good so far. But no earphones or real charger come with it Wish I had a new iPhone for my early graduation gift, so excited, I finally get to go to college and my family can't afford one.

A nicely refurbished iPhone X

My existing phone is lovely, but it takes too long to charge (10 hours). I need a phone to guide me on walking trips using a Map app, and it may need to guide me for over 8 hours. The iPhone X is a quality option I would like to try, so I ordered this refurbished one. The phone arrived promptly, and included the iPhone X, plus the following accessories: An iPhone X protection shell case, pre fitted with a glass screen protector. A separate screen protector An Apple charging lead, 1m. A SIM hatch access tool The cosmetic condition front and back is excellent. A small amount of scratching on the side will not be visible when in its protective case. I have not yet transferred the SIM card from my existing phone yet, until my son can help me with this, however the phone communicates OK through the house Wi-Fi perfectly well, and I have been able to install a map app, and a pedometer. The map app works, proving the GPS function. The pedometer does not seem to agree with my existing phone, so I need to do more testing on that function. I noticed the amount of memory is 256GB. This is a bonus, because I ordered 64GB! I look forward to adding the SIM to prove all of the additional functions. So far I am pleased that I chose this supplier for a good refurbished phone.

An absolute steal for the price! Insanely high quality at a low price.

The phone has zero scratches at all, looks pristine condition wise, and runs fantastic. The screen is incredibly high quality, vibrant and looks spectacular overall, the case is perfectly kept, looking brand new in a lovely space grey colour!As well as that, the battery life is surprisingly high for a used iphone, with a battery health of 96%! This phone lasts me all day, which is handy for going out on train rides from city to city and hopping place to place for hang outs! As for camera quality, it's no iphone 15, but it holds up for sure! You can't complain with this phone, it's one of Apples best products for sure, and to find it at such a low price is a steal! An excellent purchase that really made my day.

Just do it

There is nothing wrong with this phone. Setting it up is easy. App installation is quite simple. The camera works fine. There aren’t any scratches on it. The price was incredible. I believe that people will always have something to complain about. Go ahead and take the leap of faith like I did, I guarantee that you won’t regret it. If there is something that you don’t like about the phone, return it and get your money back. Don’t discourage others others from getting what they want and stop trying to cheat the freaking system by saying that your package never showed up, they have trackers for a reason.

Outlasted my expectations and then some

I, like many others, find the prices of new phones today to be outrages. Apple and Samsung are robbing people blind, taking advantage of phone addiction and peoples’ need to flex having the tech with the highest number after its name. I bought an iPhone X from this seller in December 2020 after my 7 croaked, and didn’t expect a whole lot. I understood the risk I was taking at this price. But here we are in 2024, it’s almost lived up to the 4 years minimum I try to get out of all my electronics, and the only noticeable sign of aging is that every couple of weeks my phone will get a little slow until I reboot. So nothing I wouldn’t expect from a brand new iPhone anyway. Loved that I could get my hands on an older model that still has a pressure screen as well. Overall disappointing transaction

I was actually pretty disappointed, I specifically elected to buy an A quality used device. It claimed that the device I would get would be A quality, what I received was definitely NOT that. I did indeed get a 256gb device. The battery level heath was exactly 79% (which was 1 % less than the guaranteed battery percentage) I thought it was dirty all around the edges. But it was actual scuff marks all around the edges signs of the phone being dropped, there was also 3 cut like scratches on the screen, this is NOT what I call A quality “like new” seller sent a B- quality phone. There were no mass dents, just heavy scuffing on all metal edges and a he 3 cut like scratches on the screen and the fact the battery level was below what was guaranteed. Which is a shame cause I had a perfect iPad Pro shipped to me used in “A” “like new condition” from another seller on Walmart.com and was pretty trusting in the Walmart.com certified resellers for Apple products, now I know I’ll have to be careful of who I select on Walmart.com. Also the cut scratches on the screen catch my nail tips and has taken small bits off my nails, so they are not some shallow scratches, I’ll be taking this phone in to get it fixed, overall disappointed in seller and this transaction.

Overheats Constantly. Short Battery Life.

The phone overheats when charging and running apps. It gets so hot you can’t hold it. I have actually gotten error messages saying it is stopping charging until it cools off. Other than not being able to leave it alone while it is charging, i can’t think of anything bad. Oh, yeah, the “fully charged” battery runs down in a few hours if I am using the phone.Knowing what I know now, I would not have upgraded my phone.On the plus side, and having nothing whatsoever to do with this awful phone, the Best Buy Geek Squad helped me transfer all of the contents from the old phone. Kudos to those guys.
