When the new P12 Silent was developed, special emphasis was placed on a focused air flow and a high static pressure. The fan therefore guarantees extremely efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. The P12 Silent is therefore particularly suitable for use on heat sinks, radiators as well as with perforated panels and filters. Numerous improvements, such as to motor technology and a newly developed fan design, have significantly increased the performance of the P fans. In internal performance tests, the new P fans, levelled to of 28 dB(A), were able to outperform numerous competitors. An alloy/lubricant combination developed in Germany reduces friction within the bearing and improves efficiency. In this way, less heat is generated, less bearing noise is produced and the service life of the fan is extended.

The fans have a weak, flimsy frame. I purchased two and both had a broken frame in the box along with one having the blades dropped off when removed from the packaging. Given the price they wasn't worth the return postage so they both ended up in the dustbin.

Bought two of these for my new setup, really helped keep my PC temperature down. They were delivered very quickly and were exactly what I was looks for.

Im just blown away by how silent yet efficient these fans are. After many years in use PSUs fan started rattlling, as long-time Noctua user, their fan was bought first as replacement, however its starting voltage turned out to be too high. After taking it into consideration this DC fan from bought and fit perfectly. Along with that its also much quieter than original fan ever was.
Have 8yo PC and case fan stopped. These are straight forward 3 pin replacements but much better performance than original generic. Good value for the pair and reallly simple to fit. Might get the same for front and rear.
Impressively quiet when tested on the bench. The static pressure rating makes this a good fan for CPU coolers which have quite a lot of air resistance. Put one as a second fan on a Coolermaster Hyper 212 black CPU cooler and was able to reduce noise for a given load by having both fans run slower.
Ideal for cooling linear amplifier. Quiet and powerful. Great quality
I bought 3 fans to replace fans in my aging PC case. (One of my old fans had worn out and was extremely loud.) The old fans that came with my case plug into the power supply directly so there was no control or monitoring with the old fans. The new fans were great just to have the speed controllable. The price was reasonable enough so I decided to just buy 3 which worked out well since I have 3 spots on my motherboard for case fans. Min speed is 800 RPM and max is 7200 RPM (at least according to my motherboard). The fan(s) idle at about 1100 RPM under low load (web browsing, email, etc. no video). Very low noise if any from them. (Power supply fan is now the loudest fan in my PC.) Note: You may want to check your motherboard for fan connections before buying a PWM ... MoreI bought 3 fans to replace fans in my aging PC case. Note: You may want to check your motherboard for fan connections before buying a PWM fan to make sure you can make use of it. It's probably standard these days for 3 fans in a case but it would be useful to check ahead of time. Other note: I'm considering buying these fans again the next time I build a PC. Quiet and worth spending the extra couple of dollars to reduce noise.
The Arctic P12 was purchased to be a front fan inside my PC in order to supply cooler air to the graphics card and it does this well. Under stress test the graphics GPU is approx. 3 deg C cooler. The fan is very quiet when running at full speed.
You wont find anything better than these even at twice the price. I went with the fixed max rpm version as they are voltage controlled via app in my mining rig. However for the gaming pc im using the PWM version which works very well and keeps the noise to a minimum
