Loved it, great quality, night vision, etc until we found out after three months there’s a subscription fee each month. This was never made clear when purchasing! The box and instructions also don’t make this clear and will now be returning.Please make sure customers are made aware of this in the future, not impressedz

Easy install and fantastic security system

Bought recently tonsetbup home security system. Very easy install. Fantastic quality and easy set up and affordable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for home security system.

Easy setup but fairly overpriced!

Its relatively expensive considering you can have a wired system install with 4-6 cameras for around the same price, perhaps marginally more.It needs a fair bit of effort in terms of recharging batteries.Has its pros, but in the current environment its too much compromise for the price

Great Little security setup from Arlo

Fantastic system from Arlo, i went with the Arlo Pro3 cause of its features and 2k Video streaming.Easy to setup and install, which took me about 15 to 20 min with the updating of firmware of each camera.. the longest part was where to mount them ha ha.I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and its been really great, i think i will get another 2 cameras well worth it.

Great package

This was our second lot of Arlo cameras, purchased because we were so impressed with the first. Great pictures, a very powerful app to control it and an amazing tool for added peace of mind in protecting your home. Just note that ‘colour night vision’ actually equals ‘an alert triggers the light on the camera’ - this is great, but you have to mount the camera low enough that the light doesn’t reflect and ruin your image. The kit prices improve the affordability greatly.

Great, simple solution

The camera system is very easy to setup and use, and meets our use case fairly nicely. We have the three cameras covering the front door, rear door and main living space on ground floor. Video quality (both in bright and dark situations) is excellent. Notifications come relatively quickly, with only about 10-20 second delay (perhaps could be better.) The only complaints are that the app is a bit slow to connect to the cameras sometimes. Google integration is also not great, with a huge delay in bringing up the camera feed after making the request to google assistant (sometimes you have to ask it a second time for it to work, but by then 1 minute has passed.) I barely can connect the three cameras, and the outdoor camera outside my front door (about 10M from the hub, but through thick concrete wall) already has a poor connection.

Not as good as promoted

The usability of the interface is terrible. Poor setup ability and not intuitive. If you don't have the internet then the system does not work regardless if you have the hub. Not good if you cannot maintain a constant internet connection as the system simply goes now. You need an additional USB hard drive (not a wifi or network drive) for local storage of recordings Quality of the cameras is great and easy to install and like the add on features. Interface is extremely slow to respond. Terribly integration with Google Home. Online support is not very responsive.

Not happy.

Went flat within 3 days. Not as good as I thought. Went and bought solar panel chargers a couple days later. Cameras stay on 14 - 15% now. Unless I take it down , which i cant often as it's up very high.

Works a treat and it’s easy to DIY install

My son purchased one 6 months ago and has been nagging us to upgrade ours so we finally did and we couldn’t be more happier.It arrived just in time and took us less than a hour to install the 4 cameras and additional solar panels.Th app is really easy to use and gave us great comfort we could check the alerts while we were away on holidays and even make adjustments to the sensitivity and angle. We also was able to manually trigger the alarm and voice activator when we had a known visitor just testing that it worked. Very happy with our purchase and would recommend to others
