I purchased the cameras on April 15th and placed them one in Front the other in the Rear. The battery of the Rear camera within a week dropped to 1%. I had to recharge to 92% and it was dropping 3% in a day. The front camera for two weeks dropped to 53%. This is not normal compared with the previous Arlo that I had to recharge the battery twice in a yearI returned the cameras and waiting for a new one hopefully I will get a good battery. I doubt the battery I had were refurbished and sold as new

Love it. Did not realise how effective and amazing this is until I got it. Easy to install and once up I can keep an eye on my car and the children playing outside. So easy to set up with the app to check the camera and love the live feature. Especially the fact that it's all in colour. The light is great as it shines across the road if I was to ever spot any suspicious activity then I could check my app and see it.

Please note that these cameras are 2K quality so the faces and license plates are not clear and crisp.What I like - The application and notification work great.What I don't like - is "Camera batteries". I have called ARLO Support three times in the last two months. The cameras were bought 2 months ago, these batteries "DO NOT LAST MORE THAN 4-6 WEEKS, the advertisement is 3-4 months". I have tried all the troubleshooting steps that Tech Support shared and I'm dissatisfied with how long the batteries last. I'm going to try to ask the Support to replace the batteries that I have and try to monitor for another month otherwise I will not recommend this product.

Purchased this as expansion to existing system. Swapped out the entry cameras for the newer model. Easy to setup with the app so it is overall a seamless process. The specifications were impressive in comparison to other products. The camera and software drain the battery quick in comparison to other models. I recommend going through options and turn off what you do not need. Setting up zones will also reduce the camera notifications and recordings. As I put my set outdoors I decided to mount them with solar power. Less climbing to change batteries and you still monitor them on your devices.I would give it a five out of five except that it is still very expensive for a 2 pk. If you can pick them up on sale go for it as they are worth it for security comfort.
Set up this Arlo Pro 5 Security Camera at our front door to keep track of our deliveries. I could say that it is a fantastic wireless CCTV camera with impressive 2K HDR video quality, color night vision, two-way audio, and a built-in siren. It does not require a hub for connectivity. The camera provides excellent security and surveillance, making it an excellent choice for homeowners like me. However, the 30-day free trial is limited, and need to pay a subscription for ongoing usage. Overall, the Arlo Pro 5 is a great choice for those looking for an outdoor security camera with advanced features.
So far I am very happy with this camera. I didn't have too much trouble setting it up, connected to the app easily which was great. The quality of this camera is second to none, I haven't seen such good quality on a security camera before, especially when using the zoom function. The spotlight is really bright and I'm sure would be enough to deter any intruders in itself, but also the alarm is really loud and clear if needed. The night vision quality is also brilliant. Overall this has made my home feel so much safer, especially when I'm home alone at night.
Arlo pro 5 is a superb security camera! It took us 3h to fully charge and is still working (over month). Night vision, perfect sharp and crispy image quality even during the night and lots of other features. Subscription is just few pounds per month and you can get even more, like movement tracking, vehicle or animal detection etc. in the box you will find the camera, magnetic wall mount, plugs, screws, instructions and magnetic charger with is also amazing. The camera also works with Amazon Alexa.We will consider Arlo brand for next security equipment purchase.

Which to about 3 hours I set up the camera via the Arlo app. The process was straight forward and I had the camera working very quickly. There is a lot of setting that can be change for personal preference . To get these right for me it did take a couple of days to set the camera to cover the area I wanted to protect. The more functions you enable like Light, Siren ETC does cause the battery to drain quicker. Fixing the camera was easy as well . 3 strews hold the bracket in place. Battery life will depend on functions enabled. 1 charge for me with most functions working lasted for 3 weeks. Smart looking and not too big. Will think of buying 1 more to ...
