Great Book! Good story and content

This book by Arnold Schwarzenegger has both his story from a young age and his early days and his launch into bodybuilding fame, as well as a guide of sorts to bodybuilding. The first half is well written and and entertaining, the second half of the book, which is his explanation and depiction of exercises is informative and well written as well.

I enjoy reading this book,,well written

its great for those who admire Arnold both as a bodybuilder and a successful journeyman in life. He was my idol as a young bodybuilder and still today is a positive influence of creative and determined goals.

Old School Training Techniques with an interesting story

An interesting read from Arnolds early years prior to Hollywood. Highlights his boyhood, brief stint in the Austrian army and start in his bodybuilding career before heading off to the US. Latter part of the book covers basic training regimes that still work today, plenty of photos showing Arnold performing and demonstrating the exercises. Worth the money.
