I struggled to find many reviews on the ART DUAL RDB, and it made me wary as I suspected people were avoiding this product for some reason. I think that reason may be ignorance of the product itself. It's built really solid. And is crystal clear both as a DI and a reamp box. The ability to select inputs and invert phase is just icing on the cake. At its price it's a monumental steal. Anybody doing home recording should own one. I've done númerous reamps of both guitar and drums out of the back of my fire studio project and the results are fantastic. The only problem with the product is the lack of a manual the goes into detail on how to use it effectively. Other than that one of the most vital units I've purchased for recording. Don't question it, just buy it.

Incredibly rugged and flexible at an amazing price. Sound is crystal clear with no artefacts. Plus it's two in one in every sense - 2 channels with signal split option, and 2 boxes in one - reamp and DI !! This is one amazing value box that's a must buy for your kit bag !

I use this in the studio to re-amp my guitar tracks to beef up the guitar sound with the ability to select various amp tones that works best for the song once all the other tracks are added. Very cool!

I hsd s guitar track thzt didn't sound so great before going to mix, so I bought this to run my DI signal out of my bosrd to my guitar amp, and I was able to take the time to dial up and record a guitar tone that now works for the song! I also did the same with a bass track, also ending up with a better tone. I couldn't be happier with the results. Check your newly recorded audio waveforms against the original DI track to compensate for latency (not caused by the RDB). I haven't used it as a passive DI, but will eventually find a use with my active bass!
I use this fine product as insurance that I will not overdrive a mic input with the line out or phones out from my recorder. It turns out to be the most versatile Direct Box that I have. It is really a prize possession of which I have to have 2 more. I haven't found anything it doesn't do, out or in.
