Firstly the Alpha 2 boots arrived much quicker than expected. I bought these under the instructions of a podiatrist and didn't really believe that it would make as much of a difference as he claimed but I'm converted. I spend 10 hrs a day on my feet & these are brilliant.

Only work boot I can wear as steel blu and Oliver's etc make my feet hurt. Was recomended these by a Podiatrist and the are very comfortable and great foot support.The inner sole fabric peels after a while but you can just buy fresh ones at the chemist. Still the best boots, I been buying these for years and will be the only boot I will ever buy as long as they keep making them.

The best work boots every. My husband hasn't actually used these new ones yet but he will soon enough as he keeps getting the same kind and as the old ones get destroyed need to have these on standby. He has tried other brands and styles and this is the only ones he is happy with.

So far I am extremely happy with the purchase, they're very comfortable and the zip on the side is super handy for when you need to quickly slip them on and off.Still early days of owning these boots, so the real test will come with the durability over time. Would definitely recommend.
Currently wearing my third pair of these after being recommended them by my podiatrist. The zips on two of the three pairs have failed very early in the boots life. Won't buy again. Poorly put together.
When I was told I would need to wear steel cap boots at work I was horrified. Thank goodness a friend told me about the Alpha2 boots. They are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I could not be more happier with them.
I let myself be talked into these boots as they were supposed to be wide fitting. They aren't.There is no support built into the boot and require orthotics and the sole has no give.About the only positive thing I can say about them is that the composite toe doesn't set off alarms at the airport.
I have been in the construction industry for over 30 years and have gone through many different steel cap boots. I tried all the brands and all the types.I bought my first Ascent Alpha Safety boot early last year and haven't looked back.I have finally found a boot that not only is it super comfortable but it's a lot lighter with the use of a composite safety toe instead of a steel caps.The zipper has not failed me once is strong and easy to zip.
These shoes are very comfortable as soon as U wear them . No breaking in required . Also very light weight
5 star rating all round. Most comfortable work boot I have ever owned. Gone through many different types and brands. This out does them all. Hands down. No doubt. This boot covers all aspects of safety and comfort coupled with secure fitting and reliability. Will only buy and own this type and brand of work shoe from now on
