I’ve been adding this to Gevity or Best of the Bone, grass fed and finished bone broths as part of a major femur fracture rehab and I’m certain it’s helped accelerate my recovery.

Nice with milkshake flavor or a heaped spoon of coffee, will buy it again.
Injured my hip (cartilage tear), surgeon mentioned it was an injury that can heal itself with time, tried Jolt and within 2-3 weeks I was off the prescribed painkillers I'd been taking for 5mo. Will be getting another MRI before having surgery in case it's actually healed itself. Highly recommend if you're in a similar situation.
