I like to think that I'm fairly fresh faced for a 49 year old, but my hands gave the game away - as you can see from the 'before' photo. But after 4 weeks of using this product to moisturise my hands, I have seen a real difference.The consistency feels just about right - thick enough to make a difference, but not too thick to cause problems rubbing it in. I especially liked that it was fragrance free - so my sensitive skin didn't react at all.There's been a noticeable difference in the skin on my hands, which now looks less wrinkled and feels much softer. I'll definitely keep using this cream on my hands - and anywhere else where I get dry skin.

I used this cream throughout the cold spell and my skin remained soft and smooth with no itchiness or inflamed skin.Buyers should note it does not have a fragrance but in my eyes the job of this cream is to help sensitive skin. I have been a big fan of aveeno for a long time.However this was my first time using the Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion.As usual aveeno has delivered, I have seen and felt a massive positive difference on my skin since I started using the Moisturising Lotion.I gave birth a few months ago which left my skin feeling dry, rough and slightly itchy. Since I started using aveeno Skin Relief Moisturising Lotion my skin feels hydrated, supple and soft.I really like the light texture of the lotion (not greasy) and that it melts into my skin without leaving residue.

This lotion is a lovely consistency and is absorbed quickly. The pump top is great for avoiding having to dip fingers into the cream also.I have dry/sensitive skin and found that after using the product for just a few days, my skin became really itchy (particularly inner elbows and behind knees). I had to discontinue using the product on my body as a result and the itchiness did then subside.However, I carried on using the product on my hands only, which are always really dry, red and sore and it has really made a difference. The skin on my hands feels a lot less "angry"and the redness has lessened. The skin feels well moisturised and much less fragile than it did before I started using the product.
I ve noticed a visible difference in the time I’ve used this moisturiser.My skin feels softer smoother and nourished. I really liked the easy bottle applicator. It dispenses the right amount each push. It was a medium to thin consistantsy. It absorbed into my skin really easily and straight away my skin felt softer. It doesn’t leave a greasy residue either which is great.
My dry skin on legs has visibly improved quickly. It stopped the itch and the skin looks smooth and feels stronger and healthier. There is no scent so much less chemical goes into the skin. It moisturises and contains prebiotic which helps the skin barrier. It doesn't leave the greasy feeling.It easy to use it as it contains a pump as opposed to the squeezy bottles.The only issue is that the bottle is not made of recycled plastic. It is recyclable but not made of recycled plastic.
As soon as this soft slightly scented cream touched my skin it was an instant relief. It actually does what it says on the bottle skin relief. I had trouble opening the bottle but once I worked out to open it I could easily use the dispenser. It is perfect for all areas of my body including face. It has made a difference from day one and I would highly recommend this productm. I would also purchase this myself when I have finished the container. Very happy indeed tontrial this skin relief cream.
Started using the old formula over a year ago now and immediately noticed the difference in my skin. I’ve suffered from extremely dry flaking skin for years and the old formula made such a difference that I even allowed my legs on show! And now you’ve changed to ‘new improved’ and for me, it isn’t. Skin starting to flake again. Please,please revert to old formula. I recommend this product with reservations.
I’ve been using Aveeno for years after my GP recommended it to me for severe dry skin and it’s been the only thing that even remotely helps or gives me any kind of relief. Unfortunately, i picked up a bottle recently and noticed a change of packaging, thought nothing of it. I’ve just applied some to a spot of dry skin and immediately my skin is stinging and burning and, quite frankly, hurts worse than it did before application… I’m absolutely devastated as this product was the only thing that helped my skin and was pretty much guaranteed to make it feel better.Aveeno, I’m begging you, please, please listen to all these poor reviews and change the recipe back.

It still hydrates, but it feels as though it's not quite as effective given the thinner texture. Even worse though, is that for me it now causes tiny white spots, a problem which I never had with the old formula. It appears that they've unfortunately added an ingredient which my skin finds comedogenic.Whereas it used to be a real unicorn product, I can no longer recommend this, especially for the price.
