The best thing since sliced bread! I love this flat iron. It cost a pretty penny but it was worth every one of them. My hair is thin, kind of course and wavy. I usually have to do an unhealthy number of passes to get my hair straight with other flat irons but not with this one. One to two passes is all it takes and my hair is hair salon straight. I love the wide range of heat temperatures and the thin light weight design. The only drawback is that the on/off button is on the side and can get flipped off by accident. It’s not a major issue because it heats up so fast, you are back in action in no time. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!!

I ordered this product online and when I received it, it was obvious that it was used. My first thought was that they sent me out an item that has been refurbished. It had chip marks on it and it did not come with any clear packaging on it. If y’all are going to sent out a used item at least advertise it as that. I was pretty disappointed because I had gifted this to myself as a birthday gift. Do better! Overall the straightener is so good.

This is my third one! First lasted me over six years, the second one I was on my third year before it got stolen :/ I'm truly shocked to see the bad reviews as I'm concerned they send a bad batch to Ulta. I've always bought mine from the beauty supply store and never had a problem. I will make sure to sign up for the warranty as all these bad reviews concern me. This has been my ride or die straightener for many many years. I bought the GHD platinum after seeing so many good reviews from YouTubers biggest regret. Would straighten my wavy hair. I'm hoping this new BabylissPro is as good as my previous ones.

I have had this straightener for about three months and I am quite disappointed with it. The longer plates are great, it's slim - so you can straighten pieces of hair that you may not be able to with a larger tool. However, for the price it lacks performance I was expecting. I find that I struggle to get sections of hair as straight as I want, I have actually started using a much cheaper straightener instead. This tool also feels quite cheaply made and feels like it could be easily broken. In my honest opinion, this flat iron is not worth the hefty price.
I had such high hopes. I have thick curly hair in the 3c-4a range and the flat iron just could not give me that bone straight result. I tried sections of all sizes and thicknesses and the result was not better.It heats up quickly this is true and impressive but something about the plates just was not compatible with my hair texture.I have a conair that is ceramic and that gave me a much smoother and silky end result when it was at its peak performance.It's a very expensive item and I would expect a at home silk press result and I definitely got more of a blow dried straight look. Wouldn't recommend to the curly girls out there!
I have had mine for a max of three years. It would heat up quick until now. It no longer holds the heat. I have long thick wavy hair so you can imagine how frustrating it was to straighten my hair. Also, there is one design flaw that does not make sense; there are two knobs on the tip of the iron. Like why? I will not be purchasing another one.
I bought this because I have had one for years. I bought this new one and it does NOT glide, instead, it pulls my hair. I don't know whether the "plate" titanium has been "altered" since my last purchase years ago. The point is, I love Babyliss straighteners and have always used them, however, this new one is NOT the same. I exchanged the first one and thought maybe it was just "defective" but then, after receiving the second one, it does the same thing, pull my hair and does not "glide".... I will now have to bring the second one back and go to the Official website of Babyliss and inquire.

When hair products build up, it can easily be wiped off with a cloth. The CONS: The dial heat control is old-school/outdated. A hair appliance at this price point should have a digital display. It used to take me about 35 min because I have a lot of hair and it's thick. Now it takes me between 15-20 min. I still don't understand the bad reviews. That's crazy to me. This is the best straightener I've ever purchased. It's the least damaging as well. I hate crusty ends so I always trim the ends.
so I asked my hair lady she recommended this brand , seemed like a good purchase at first. as soon as I used it I knew I didn't like it . I had to go over my hair so many times and it still left it fluffy kinda at ends feeling dry even at low setting. if I went higher my hair felt worse! I just trimmed hair and it's healthy so this was wild & irritating as heck. I returned it and got the T3 wayyyyyyy better shiny hair.this brand should be like 50$ bad quality
