This is my favorite brand of pasta that I buy. It cooks up perfectly every time, no matter which type I cook. It never gets mushy and it keeps a nice texture. Easy to cook and can make so many different dishes with this penne. Penne vodka, Alfredo sauce, garlic oil, sauce yes I said sauce not gravy that’s for Thanksgiving lol!! The main reason I love this pasta is that it absorbs the sauce and doesn’t just run off like others do. I’ve been cooking with this pasta for years and don’t plan on changing. Barilla is my go to brand for pasta! I love using their spaghetti noodles to make a big pot of spaghetti with meat sauce. These noodles cook up great and I don’t really have a problem of them all sticking together. The leftover spaghetti is even better the next day by adding some additional sauce or some water to the leftover food to add in some more moisture and placing it in a baking dish in the oven. I turn my leftover spaghetti into baked spaghetti and melt cheese over it the last 10 minutes it’s in the oven. My family really loves this!
