Two things. First, the watch band looks and feels great on a new black case dive watch I recently purchased. Better than the thick rubber strap that it came with. The quality is top notch too. Second, Barton's customer service is excellent. I ordered the watch band and it was sent from Dallas to the western suburbs of Chicago in two days and then it went into Post Office purgatory. After 10 days, I called Barton and told them what happened, they also noticed it hadn't been delivered and promptly sent me another one by priority mail for free which I received within a few days. Even though it wasn't their fault, they stepped up and took care of the customer which is awesome, to say the least. Great company and yes I will send the other one back if it ever gets out of ... MoreTwo things. First, the watch band looks and feels great on a new black case dive watch I recently purchased. My new watch's case back protrudes more than my others, making it a challenge to wear comfortably all day with the heat and humidity of Summer. That was, until Barton stepped in again. This is my first Elite Silicone watchband, and I'm impressed just how much the outer layer doesn't look like silicone. The textured finish gives it a look of class uncommon in these types of straps. And the purple inner layer keeps it fun.Speaking of that inner layer, it's incredibly comfortable! And it gives just enough punch while wearing my watch. What's darkness without a little vibrant color, after all.The only caveat I ran into was that the buckle it came with made the strap fit either too tight or too loose. Thankfully, Barton's Silicone Style buckle works great with this ... MoreMy new watch's case back protrudes more than my others, making it a challenge to wear comfortably all day with the heat and humidity of Summer. Plus, my purchase helps Suicide Awareness Voices of Education. A win all around!

Finally back in stock, this is the perfect strap for my Grand Seiko SBGV243. It’s thin and flexible. The molded texturing and other details are well defined. The buckle is milled, and the second keeper has a detent that locks into the large hole on the tail of the strap. This works almost too well, and it takes more effort than I would have guessed to release it. I’m slightly concerned about the spring bars, as they came slightly compressed and I had to push the nubs out to fully extend the ends into the holes. The long term durability of the laminated construction remains to be seen. Overall I’m very satisfied with it at the BOGO 50% off price.

this strap is just freakin' awesome, probably my favorite rubber strap of all time and i've had a fair few. it has a very high quality feel, it feels very well matched with the quality of my ball roadmaster pilot GMT watch. it is very unobtrusive and surprisingly pliable. plus it has a keeper with a lock in it that fits perfectly into the last hole in the band. i loved the fact that i was given the option of a longer strap, i have an 8" wrist and the longer length is very welcome.i liked it so much i sent back my official ball rubber strap, and just kept this one for when i want the sports look. the quick release bars work beautifully and i can change straps in less than a minute. it feels like it was made for the watch & i plan to get a few more colors.
I love Casio Watches, especially G-Shocks. But I have never cared for their bands. With the G-Shock Standard attachment, I can use any Barton 22mm band. What better place to put a Barton Elite Silicone? Comfort, security, and a much better overall appearance certainly sealed the deal for me. I also added a Black Elite Silicone strap so I have a little choice day to day. The only con is that the Barton G-Shock Adapter is not easy to install. With patience and a good watch pin tool, it can be done. But be sure to do it in a place where you can find the watch pins if (and definitely WHEN!) they escape, launching themselves into lower orbit. Having a few extra 16mm watch pins might not be overkill! But once secured, the Adapter does its job well.
I liked the band itself, but- having to remove the case back to fit the adapter is not acceptable. It is very difficult, if not impossible, to ensure that the gasket does not move when moving the case back under the adapter into the right position, and there is a high risk of compromising the waterproofing of the watch. In fact, when I opened the case back again to remove the adapters, I saw that the gasket had moved and was squeezed in a bad position. I cannot recommend these adapters for a GW M5610U. Changing a watch band should not take more than one minute in any case, and Barton should make adapters that truly fit the watch (especially the model that appears in their pictures).- the watch, the adapter and the band are made of three different materials and ... MoreI liked the band itself, but- having to remove the case back to fit the adapter is not acceptable. Changing a watch band should not take more than one minute in any case, and Barton should make adapters that truly fit the watch (especially the model that appears in their pictures).- the watch, the adapter and the band are made of three different materials and when assembled they look like a frankenwatch to me. The differences in color and feel are not as visible on Barton's website and that was disappointing. The original band is not as comfortable as Barton's silicone strap but it looks way better.I still would recommend the strap for a watch that does not require adapters.
I am writing to thank you for the quality of your Elite Silicone watch straps. Very nicely made, and very easy to swap out straps with the installed quick release spring bars.As to your customer service, I had an issue with an accessory I also purchased. One email to you resolved the matter to my complete satisfaction without any further effort on my part. Excellent customer service. With nearly 8" wrists the longer straps are just long enough. I have no use for a second keeper on the strap - easy enough to remove. For me, the long strap could be even a bit (one cm) longer. You could also offer more colorful variants of these straps.I would suggest:Yellow bottom / Pumpkin Orange top, and the reverse:Pumpkin Orage top / Yellow bottomI could then buy one of ... MoreI am writing to thank you for the quality of your Elite Silicone watch straps. Unfortunately the Crimson and Navy Blue straps aren’t nearly as dark/deep/rich as they appear online. The Crimson has a faded/waxy luster, and the Navy Blue is closer to Royal bkue, and has a less apparent waxy/soapy luster. -1 star for each. They’re pictured next to Bonetto Cinturini 328 rubber NATO straps (the best straps on the planet) in red and navy- and I was hoping these would be closer matches.Other than the color issue, the Elite Silicone straps are four stars. Black and gray variants look fantastic. They’re thin and flexible. The molded texturing and other details are well defined. Since I was aware that these normally came with a long and short tail, I thought I had to pick one or the other for these colors. I have a 7.5” wrist, so I picked long. They still have two tails, they’re just long and LONG.Overall I’m satisfied with them at the buy one get one 50% off price.
Fantastic band with an average adaptor for a square G Shock. As expected, delivered with 2 sizes of bar springs. The 22mm ones were Ok. The 16mm, the ones that have to be fixed to the watch were too small. Casio is using 2mm of diameter for these bars. They don't fit (too big) into the Barton adaptor. The ones provided are too small in diameter. Once installed (very difficult even with the appropriate watch tool), the adaptor was still loose. I had to bend the spring bars and the watch made a lot of noise (metal to metal), I changed them to 1.8mm and of course, they were more difficult to install but at least, the adaptor is tight. 5 stars for the band...3 stars for the adaptor....= 4 stars.... I will buy other bands from Barton (already ordered by the way !) but ... MoreFantastic band with an average adaptor for a square G Shock. As expected, delivered with 2 sizes of bar springs.
