Batiste Rose Gold Dry Shampoo 200 ml

Well I went browsing in my local Walmart checking out to see if any new scents came in for dry shampoo especially my favorite brand. I noticed a bunch of new hair products on the shelves and the fact my favorite brand of dry shampoo was moved up higher🤦‍♀️ I was specifically looking for my favorite Luxe- the bottle with the Peacock feathers on it, my favorite bottle design and the best scent in terms of dry shampoo imho. Well Walmart no longer carries Luxe which peed me off... but a new bottle design caught my attention! I WILL be buying multiple bottles because I know how WM is, when you find something you love and seem to can't live without they discontinue it! So this is a keeper it keeps the oiliness away when I only have time for a shower and not wash my thick hair. And it adds such a wonderful fragrance that I am going to keep coming back to Batiste faithfully. Oh, l forgot that I also enjoyed their animal printed bottle- bold n sassy or wild n fierce.. something along those lines and it too is history. So Yes I recommend this!

As usual, Batiste is the best

I do not think I can live without Batiste dry shampoos anymore. The rose gold edition comes in a beautiful, colourful packaging and with an amazing, long lasting frangrance. I spray it all over my roots, puff it up and my hair is instantly refreshed. This shampoo really helped me with my greasy roots so many times! Longer time between washes, great fragrance and no white residue. Plus, it can easily be popped in your bag when on the go.

Batiste = Best

First time trying the new rose gold batiste dry shampoo and thought it was a lovely sweet smell, quite fruity and floral (summery).In terms of the product usage exactly the same as the other dry shampoos, which are easially the best on the market. I have long thin flat hair which gets greasy every other day. I use the product on the roots of my hair, leave for a few minutes, massage in then brush out and my hair looks freshly washed. The product also adds volume to my roots and make it look a little less flat.Everyone should own this dry shampoo it’s amazing……

Batiste is Always Incredible but this Scent isn't My Fave

I can't be without Batiste dry shampoo. Huge fan/stan. Literally was a life-changer for me and my fine hair prone to look greasy at the roots immediately after a shower. Makes my hair look thicker, more voluminous, cleaner, etc. etc. Just love it. This scent however-- really not my favorite. It's incredibly strong, which is typical for a lot of Batiste scents when you first spray them, but it's also in-your-face, screechingly and synthetically sweet. It's like emptying a packet of splenda on my tongue. I love sweets, I love sweet scents, I don't mind or have problems with strong smells, but this is one of the few products (that I can count on one hand) that really truly bothers me. My go-to!

I've tried as many dry shampoos as possible, and always come back to this. I love to use it between washes, and it always leaves my hair feeling fresh. I've got lighter hair, so I don't worry about the spray coming out white, but for people with darker hair, they might need to use sparingly. If I use a bit too much, I just out my blow dryer and it really revives my look and gives me some good volume. Plus this scent heavenly!!!

Smells strong & cheap

I mean it is cheap, so I don't know why I was expecting something else. Maybe because so many reviews say the scent is amazing. It is described as fresh, fruity and delicate which is far reaching for how this smells. I would say it smells like the person next to me on the train who I don't want to smell or smell like. The 2 stars are because it was easy to massage away the white cast and it didn't make my hair crunchy or dry. I think I have to toss it though because I keep trying to use it up but I'm disgusted when I turn my head and get a whiff of me. Not a safe blind buy.

Super soft hair!

It is difficult sometimes to wash hair everyday with personal and professional responsibilities, so this dry shampoo came as a life saver! The floral rosey scent is so gorgeous that you feel super fresh until you wash your hair! The nozzle of the bottle makes it very easy to spray it all over hair with precision! It not only gave super hydration to my limpy frizzy hair but made them softer and easy to manage also! The texture is very light so it does not make hair greasy or itchy! I gave a gentle massage after spraying it on hair roots, then combed and my hair instantly felt cleaner, softer and frizz free! It was very easy to style hair afterwards! It absorbs oil and greasiness without leaving white residue on hair. The people who claim this is tinted are WRONG

The scent is a great fresh floral---not too sickly sweet like the Tropical, but nowhere near as delicious as my beloved and discontinued Boho. But I couldn't help laughing at the reviews that said "...Rose Gold leaves my hair such a pretty color!" People....this is an untinted dry shampoo. It says so right on the Batiste website. Rose Gold is the name of the scent...not any indicator of a hair tint. I agree they could have been a little more precise with their product naming....but please ladies...don't buy this thinking that it will tint your hair a "rose gold" shade. It's just a normal dry shampoo. Except for the Tropical, all of their scents are pretty good. You can't really go wrong, and they all perform more or less the same.

This may be my favorite scent from the line.

name implied something else

So I'm dumb, I didn't read the description (not including my rating) but somehow I was under the impression that this would, not only be a dry shampoo but also give a rose gold tint on your hair (like the brunette one). Why give something the name rose gold if it's not referring to the color but the smell instead? That doesn't make sense. I'll be returning because I have many bottles of the brunette version already. I would definitely purchase a rose gold TINTED version if they did one though
