The instructions to build from a flat pack seem to be back to front at times. Also the gas fittings were American and did not fit so we had to buy an Australian fittings for an extra $80. After 8 has to put together it does work well. Would never shop with good guys again staff not helpful at all!!.

After buying and trying different cheaper BBQs with their many problems we finally decided to âbite the bulletâ, pay a little extra and bought ourselves a âBeefeater Signatureâ, stainless steel with a wooden frame (our choice), this was 18 years ago, we added a rotisserie attachment with four prongs enabling us to cook two chickens at the same time.Our Beefeater Signature is still working perfectly today, still looks near new and is easy to clean and maintain.We would highly recommend Beefeater to anyone. We are still very happy with it.Claude

I bought this just before Christmas, and it is great. East to assemble if you take your time (apart from the left hand shelf) and cleans really easily. Looks great. Cooks prawns, kebabs, koftas, Portuguese chicken and sausages - as well as potatoes and veggies to perfection! But I have only had it for 9 days!

So far, the BBQ unit has been excellent. There were issues with the cabinet, however. The holes for most of the unit were too small for the screws supplied, and these burred if forced with a drill.
Had a lot of trouble assembling the bbq trolley. Holes for bolts were not drilled properly, required different bolts and nuts. What was estimated as 35min assembly, took 3 hrs.Quality needs to improve
The assembly is a bit of a pain. Definitely something the manufacturer can improve. Once up and running it is great. The BBQ's window is an awesome feature. BBQ produces good heat . Looks like the heat in the back of the BBQ is a bit higher than in the front. Not sure if this is by design or just the natural flow of the heat. I guess it's just figuring out the heat zones of a new BBQ. So far the BBQ produced very good results. Recommended.
Functions really well and looks great. My only gripe was with assembly - I found the screws extremely difficult to get in most of the time. I was doing this by hand and canât overstate the annoyance it caused.However - the product itself is very good in my opinion.
Takes a while to build. The hose supplied did not fit our swap gas bottle, but they sent another hose, just took a long time. Apparently the gas bottles are changing, but didn't have them here yet. Overall a good BBQ, it is our second Beefeater.

I managed to assemble it easily (and thatâs saying something because DIY is not one of my strengths). It has a strong body design and I like the fact we can roll it to the corner of the deck when not in use. So far, weâve only cooked the basics such as steak and sausages. The burners are powerful and the heat is evenly spread. Canât complain about the flavours because the meat is demolished every time. Our old BBQ was a nightmare to clean but this is a lot easier. All the excess oil goes into a bottom drip tray. I no longer dread cleaning the barbie. We are yet to test out the roasting hood but planning to use it on Australia Day. One thing that stood out was the large viewing window that allows you to peer into the roasting hood. Overall I feel this BBQ has been a good investment and the family are certainly making good use of it.
Ordering and delivery was fantastic. The BBQ arrived with at least 3 paint ripped dents which began rusting after 1 day. The amusement the manual gave me got me through the extra 1.5 hours estimated assembly time. 8 screws needed to be inserted with pliers. Assembly as expected. I love how when the burners are all on low, with the lid closed the temperature is a solid 180. Shame there is only 1 burner ignition as this will half the product life. What was not expected was the side burner which dropped out of its housing after 2 days. With nothing accept a couple of spot welds or something holding it in place, there is no way to attach it back in place. Its held in with cable ties but I cant use it or close the lid.
